Help - my cloud software gets stuck and causes the computer to panic

My software (inDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) cloud gets stuck on a daily basis. I'll be working and all of a sudden I can't save - it asks me to register as if it were a new document. At the same time, it freezes and my computer everything is going beserk - my e-mail and internet software start opening several times on the bottom. Sometimes if I wait 10 minutes it will go back to normal. Other times I have to restart the computer. This is not acceptable because I'm busy and it is very disturbing. I'm on OS Windows 10

I guess this can be due to many problems such as firewall, settings, files & permission, it will be best to contact support to get it is resolved.
