Help to install the OUTPUT MODULE

I installed the download of the bridge OUTPUT module, following the directions on the adobe Web site.  The name of the module is displayed at the top right of the screen, but nothing happens when I click on the name.  I put the module folder in the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC location.  I could not find a file Extensions bridge CC.  I THINK I PUT IT IN THE RIGHT LOCATION.

So, if you want to use a particular version of Photoshop open.  Then to open CC bridge or Bridge CS6 with Photoshop still open on your windows machine.   When do you a bit in the bridge who want to invoke Photoshop. Because Photoshop is open this version must be used.  However there are some problems with the interface of bridge ScriptTalk.  I rarely use the bridge.  I use it only for editing Image files metadata and framework of RTAs for groups of RAW files, that I select in the bridge. I have a process and synchronize the setting for others. with the exception of the cultures that are individually.

I normally just use Photoshop and windows dialogs and Windows File Explorer.  I do not like Lightroom or bridge for file management, you can keep system of library in Lightroom and Bridge caches.  File Explorer is all I need.

  • How to compile and install the kernel modules after nation and nipalk for installation of Gentoo 64 bit?

We are trying to install a PCIe 6251 DAQ card in a box of Gentoo 64 bit running Linux kernel 2.6.28 - gentoo-r5 4.3.2 - gcc and glibc - 2.8.  We have installed RPM utilities to manage the installation.  The current problem is that we are not able to compile and install the kernel modules: nidmxfk, nimsdrk, nimstsk and nipxirmk.  Here's a summary of what we have done so far, and to what extent we got.

First of all, we have changed the configuration of the kernel that we could export the init_mm unused symbol by changing the configuration option of the CONFIG_UNUSED_SYMBOLS = o kernel and recompile the kernel.  Then we installed LabView 8.6.1.  Then we ran the nation 1.9 installer who has installed the source code in vain on the compilation.  To resolve this problem, we have changed the function of pte_offset to pte_offset_kernel by editing the file/usr/local/natinst/nation/configures following the instructions here:

    http://decibel.NI.com/content/docs/doc-4511

We were then able to compile and install the kernel nation module thanks to:

    . / configure
    do
    make install

lsmod said that nation has been properly installed.  Then we ran the installer for DAQmx 8.0.1 by:

    . / INSTALL - nodeps

To do this, we have received errors indicating that LabView support could not be installed because check addictive (incorrectly we think) stated that labviewbase86 has not been installed; This caused the installer to have an abortion.  Therefore, we refused to install support for LabView 8.6 and revived the installation program which produces the output:

Installation of the driver NOR-DAQmx Distribution of Linux Installer version 8.0.1f0...

    After Installation...

At this point, after reading this report, we used the Gentoo rc update utility to add several scripts for the boot runlevel initialisation:

update of RC - a boot nipple
update of RC - a bunch of nipxirmu
update of RC - a bunch of mxssvr
update of RC - a bunch of nisvcloc
update of RC - a bunch of nidevldu

When the computer reboots, you get an error message indicating that the following kernel modules are not: nidmxfk, nimsdrk, nimstsk and nipxirmk.  lsmod shows that the nation and nipalk are installed, but no other kernel modules NOR are present.  modprobe-l shows that only nation and nipalk are available.

    So we have several questions:

    1. we install drivers in the correct order?  Should use us NI-VISA 4.5 or NOR-488. 2 rather than DAQmx 8.0.1?

    2. What kernel modules should be loaded for this equipment run?  How to compile and install the ones that we have yet, specifically nidmxfk, nimsdrk, nimstsk and nipxirmk?  Are there others?

    3. How can we get the installer to properly recognize that we have installed LabView Core and install support for LabView?  Are there additional kernel modules related to the support of LabView?

    4. What is the symbolic link that was not created in the DAQmx installation report? (ln: create the symbolic link ' / usr/local/include/NIDAQmx.h': no such file or directory)?

I apologize for so many questions, but these seem to be the last obstacles to obtaining OR runs correctly on this system.  Is there other information that we can provide that would be useful?  Thanks for any help or suggestions you can offer.

    Craig

    Hey Craig,.

Given that you use 64-bit Linux all kernel modules must be compiled for 64 - bit.  User mode binaries can be 32-bit, assuming that you have installed the 32-bit support libraries.

NOR-DAQmx is a complex architecture and requires several kernel modules to support your PCIe card.  Most of these kernel modules have not been brought to support 64-bit Linux.  Some kernel modules are components infrustructure that are shared with other pilots OR as NI-VISA and NOR-488. 2 and have been brought to support 64-bit Linux.  Unfortunately, you need all the modules to use your hardware.

I hope that answers your question.

    Hi guys

Had the same problem over and over again, but it works...

First go to this link under form Adobe, here you will find the Adobe Output Module for the download and installation guide.

How to install Adobe Output Module in bridge of CP.

At the end of the page, you will find an explanation when the I/o error occurs.

But what they fail to mention is that you must also delete the contents of the folder, the workspaces in the USER library. Display the path:

    Mac OS: / User/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC/workspaces

You can see the files like this:

    !! -$$$ AdobeOutputModule.workspace

    !! LastMenu.workspace

Delete them all, bridge will make new after reboot

After this restart Bridge and it will work (at least for me it worked :-)

    Good luck

  • After scoring in XP, get message "re - install the suite module in your system 32 directory: Comm. DRV.

    * original title - don't know how to do the following message; "Re-install the suite module in your system 32 directory: Comm. DRV."

Well, it could be that Support Engineer experts who are hired by Microsoft do not know how to use Windows SkyDrive...

Take a look in your c:\windows\system32 folder and see if the comm.drv file is missing.  If is missing, it might have been quarantined (actually deleted) by your unspecified antivirus/antimalware application.

If the file is missing, it is up on my SkyDrive, you can download.  Here's how:

I downloaded a copy of XP Pro SP3 file you need on my SkyDrive (everyone has a SkyDrive for file sharing).

You can download it and when you do, place a copy of the file in these two folders (assuming that Windows is installed on your C drive):

    c:\Windows\System32

As the comm.drv does not fall into the field of the Protection of Windows file, there is no need to put a copy in the c:\windows\system32\dllcache folder, but you can if you wish.

Here is the link to my SkyDrive and you can get the file you need here:

    https://SkyDrive.live.com/?CID=6a7e789cab1d6f39&ID=6A7E789CAB1D6F39! 311

When you see the files available for download, you can not see the file extension (.exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc.), but when download you them they will have the right extension.

When you download the file (especially if you use Internet Explorer), when you get a chance to save the file, your browser is unable to save the file with an extension (by example, .exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc) then you will need to manually add the extension appropriate to the file when you download the file before you save it.

You can download the file without the extension, and then rename the file to add the appropriate extension.  You do not want to use a file called comm when the name of the file should really be called comm.drv (if the downloaded file has no extension, you will need to change the name of the file to add the appropriate extension to make it work.

You then put the files downloaded to the appropriate on your system folder.

    Hi Robbie,

There are 2 different libraries. If you use the Option key pressed when you click GO, it takes you to the user's library. The other library requires that you start Macintosh HD in your list of drives. After clicking on Macintosh HD, you choose the library. It is not the same as the user's library. From there, it is Application Support > Adobe > CC bridge Extensions. He has record No. bridge before this record.

    > Unfortunately, the customer just takes me in circles and recommended that I post a message in the forums that I do. >

Unfortunately, I've heard that many times before. You have to be absolutely certain that you are in the library of Macintosh HD and not the user library (that Apple is trying to hide).  If you copy the path of yohanna exactly, including slash, without Option-click on go, you should be in the right place. If she is not there, then I think it's something wrong with your installation.

Is not not Adobe staff, who know far more about me, my next step would be to create the file, being very careful not to copy the name exactly, but that's because I've done this before in different circumstances and I couldn't say that it would be the right move this time. After you create the folder, I would follow the rest of the instructions for the download to install correctly. That's just what I'd like to try, because I don't have a lot of faith in customer service help, either. It works or it doesn't, no harm to your system by train.
