I contacted another person by the Adobe Help Center and that they could not help me find the redemption code, nor could they find my name or email under what. Could someone help me please on this issue? I don't exactly want to throw a few thousand dollars because Adobe can't help me to recover what I bought. While the customer service tries to help, I constantly me be given to a person who can't speak proper English, and it's very frustrating. Please advice.
