  I believe that you are not able to install the newly purchased HP printer, you used the cd that was provided which takes a lot of time, ok so let try by downloading the printer from the HP portal software and install it.

  Thanks for letting me know that the icon was not restarted.

  I think that's the Smart Install which automatically load the printer again on the restart and we can simply turn off so that it will not continue.

  Here are the instructions if you want to proceed when you have time.

  Follow these steps to disable the Smart Install. Select printer not PC:

  On the Windows computer, go to start, computer, right-click the CD for the

  printer and left click Open in a new window, go to smart util/siutility.exe/HP install utility.
  Shows printer or PC - select printer.
  Then click on disable.

  You need to run Apple updates to install the drivers for the printer.

  "He shows no purchase" do you mean that it does not show on the purchase of your account history: see your purchase history in iTunes store on Mac or PC - Apple Support ? Or watch only in the store?

  If it doesn't show on the purchase of your account history then what method of payment were you using? If a credit card then you may only receive a temporary store maintain charge.

  If you have been charged, it shows on your account, and it does not appear in the downloads tab in the app Store in iTunes on your iPad (assuming that's where you rented it; downloads tab displays only if the downloads are go) or in his videos Soft, then communicate with iTunes Support (these are user forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

  Well, this should solve your problem.

  1. Remove the USB cable to the back of the PC.
  2. In your type of search bar in cmd and open Command Prompt.
  3. Type "msiexec /Unregister" (without the quotes) and press ENTER.
  4. Type "msiexec/regserver" (without the quotes) and press ENTER.
  5. In your search bar in msconfig and open type MSConfig.
  6. Click the Services tab.
  7. Click Hide all by Microsoft.
  8. Click Disable all.
  9. Click the Startup tab.
  10. Click Disable all.
  11. Click OK and reboot your PC.
  12. Download and install the latest drivers by clicking on this link.

• El Capitan OSX 10.11 updated and laser HP P1102 printers is no longer recognized by USB

  I recently updated my i5 Mac Mini with the new software system of El Capitan Mac (OSX 10.11). The computer no longer recognizes printer laser HP P1102 and wants to either "ignorant" or "eject" the usb connection.

  Help pages send me updates of the system, but there is no new update here to try. I reinstalled the system software, and there is no change. In essence, the printer is lost to the computer.

  Y at - it a update driver on the horizon?

  Will be the pilot perceived never updated, or do I need a new printer?

  Has anyone else had the same problem?

  Any suggestions?

  The problem corrected itself after 15 hours. Don't know what I did to make this happen, but no other advice rendered. See you soon

  I recently bought a HP LaserJet P1102 printer and I can not install it correctly in point 8.1 of Windows.

  I have two laptops. Again there is not all USB 2.0 ports and they are all USB3.0. In this new laptop, when I connect the USB cable, Windows says that it can not recognize USB device. I installed the driver many times but I don't know how to solve this problem. I think that this printer has a few problems with USB3.0.

  In my old laptop, I have Linux and Windows 8.1. Under linux, the printer is working correctly, but in Windows, I can't does'nt. Whent I installed the printer for the first time in this window that I could print but after reboot, Windows does not recognize the installed printer and try to detect it as a new. I have so few "LaserJet P1102 (COPY)" in the printer and devices in Control Panel. It seems that whenever I want to print, I have to install the driver.

  2. what operating system you have installed in the computer?

  This problem can occur because the print settings cartridge. Check your ink cartridges to see if you are out of ink. Refer to the printer manual for settings and troubleshooting.
