  I always did it with a bold line, but average of Monika using the offset path gives better results in sharp corners.

  I tested out and found more sense for how fill colors and offset are presented, if you add 2 fillings to the appearance, if not the text color is not displayed until you select the text with the text tool, then you can see it in the appearance Panel.

  addition of 2 fill x allows you to edit all the colors and appearance in the same place.

  This is not necessary if the text has been exposed, the object was not the living text I think, what nickname said...

• Help with a clipping mask and text!

  

  This was really frustrating me.

  Design of this logo at the mo - the circle is a form and the L is just type on a separate layer on top with the same color as the background. What I want, it's to make the cut in the circle so that it is essentially transparent, where I can place on any color background and L will mix it naturally without color cast of 'L' evolving.

  Any ideas guys? With the help of CS5. I'd appreciate any help.

  One way is to put your text and circle in a layer set, then together the mix Options: custom to zero fill and Knockout at shallow depth.

  It is really basic text animation:

  

  Apply one of the pre-defined text animations. I don't remember the name but it's in the 3D text section, you will find in the Animation Panel, and presets. If you have no idea what I'm talking about then type "animate text' in the search help AE and study upward.

  To search in dark them allow by 3D character, add a host of text for position and adjust the Z position, and then animate the range selector.

• Need help with the alignment of the text

  I don't know the answer to this question is simple, especially since I have no chance of finding the same question asked previously.  I want middle align text so that it is centered between the top and bottom of the box / text field created using the "text" tool  Frame on the left is simple: I just click on the button "align left" on the text panel.  There is no button to the top, in the Middle, or align at bottom.  In fact, when I'm done with this question, I'll go ahead and present it as a new idea!

  I also need to do the same with the text I add the vertical menu widget (menu manual buttons)... If there is a big difference in the way in which this is done, please let me know.

  Here is an example of what I'm willing to do.  Yes - the bottom image is a composite, then please ignore the spaces at the beginning of the text.  I also wanted to "align middle" instead of "align center".

  If you want to center align text vertically, use top padding spacing Panel and change the desired number of pixel values (depending on the size of the text block).

  Also, you can use whole pixel values absolute for all major (i.e. 16 px) values rather than the values of percentage (120%) that are managed differently in different browsers.

  Here's a screenshot of the sample with settings that worked for me in my case where the text appears to be centered in all major browsers.

• Help with the overlay modes? (Dynamic objects)

  I'm under the last PS CC 2014. Win 7 x 64.  I am using the image stacking.

  I have a video file loaded. In the converted to smart object layers, I read in the submenu dynamic object is where I can choose the mode of stacking. I don't see any stacking option?

  Am I missing something?

  I want to use the Minimum and Maximum of stacking.

  Advanced rendering options are simply not available in C4D Lite and the interface is a little different from the commercial version of C4D. It is irrelevant, however. The resolution is limited when independent rendering of C4D Lite. You are supposed to return by AE and Cineware.

  I need a power shell script that will get all the virtual machine in a specific cluster.  Virtual machine names as well as the number of processors, output allocated RAM and size of CSV file.

  For the first part:

  The first would be quite a bit faster by using Get - view instead of Get - VM.  It would be like:

  I don't know anything about programming scripts and unfortunately inDesign isn't any panel actions as Photoshop..

  I need a script to convert a text box with HTML code inside a HTML object... I think not, it should be very difficult

  How could be the following:

  (1) select the text box
  (2) cut all text inside
  (3) remove the empty box
  (4) select selection tool
  (5) go to OBJECT/INSERT HTML
  6) paste it into the code before you cut the text box
  (7) OK and close the menu INSERT HTML code

  If the Script works, we could change with HTML code inside a text box to an object HTML (video, card, animations,...)

  The first step could be manually selecting each text box or by selecting all of the boxes that start automatically by "< iFRAME '

  If you put the text layer that has shadow top above the layer which is the cause, it will go away.

  If the effects of two layers are performing each other then you just put one on the other.  You need to go and fix it manually.  There are two ways to do this:

  (1) in the menu effects for shadows check the box that says 'layer mask hides effects '.  Then create a layer mask and simply hide the shadow where you don't want to.

  (2) put the layer with the shadow in a group and put on a mask of clipping on the group.  You can then paint in the shade.

  Stamp 3) visible, then layer mask.

  When I arrived at Adobe CC a month before and installed AE CC I have not Cinema 4 d lite with her. • Encompassing sit text object set level with the actual text?

  I noticed a problem (probably I'm not the first) with Illustrator where any attempt to distribute text boxes autour and object, or even vertical relative to the other alignment is not working everything simply because for one of the object bounding boxes two text will be much bigger and wider than the actual text.

  I'm looking at a vector image of a plane in the project I am working on and framework encompassing is at the same level on all sides of the object. But in trying to align a text box with an area of crops, it is quite clearly not align correctly due to the fact that the height of the bounding box is a good half an inch above the text.

  After recently entering in aid of Illustrator (I still have a long way to go...) I was stunned by the number of tools at your disposal, but as someone who is so particular to do alignments and correct measures in a design project (which is not), it drives me crazy. It even makes me not want to continue, because even if I get the alignment as close as I can (manually edit the x and are coordinated to match the object at which I am trying to align does not work because of the size of the bounding box), I still feel like it is not as accurate as it could / should be.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Your first screenshot shows the layer style dialog where not all types of effects are indicated on the left. Bottom left of the dialog box, you see a small icon fx with a menu arrow drop-down. Use drop down the menu and make sure all you click on show all effects or restore the default list. I don't know what you're trying the shoe on the second screen capture.

  It is already installed. Call you it by creating a new C4D file under Layer--> New... or by importing an existing of the C4D file. If this does not work, something is bad, but without some decent info on your system and the exact versions that nobody can tell you anything.
