  Once the connection is established, TCP does not care which end is the 'server' and the 'customer '. Data can be sent in both directions using the same read and write functions. So, if you are already able to send data to the client and read on the server, you should be able to do the same to send data from the server to the client, using the same TCP connection.

  If you added via the preferences system/users and groups, it should appear as a long time that you have set the display of connection to appear. To do this, go to System Preferences/security and privacy. Then check the check box turn off automatic connection . This should show the login screen at startup.   AdHoc roles depend in large part of the FND_USER, WF_ROLES, WF_LOCAL_ROLES table to check if these users are still active.

  and AdHoc roles take only the values of FND_USER. User_name as input, so I don't think that you can directly use the email addresses.

  If you want to use as input e-mail addresses, you may need to create a custom package/procedure.
