Hi, Ive got error code 50 happen when you try to update the cloud, can anyone help it stops at 50%

error code 50 showing on cloud adobe when update it gets to 50% then stops. Claire

Restart the computer and try to update again.

Adobe process 1) end all as creative cloud, CoreSync... this from the activity monitor (Mac) or the task manager (Win)

( 2) uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud app using the uninstaller CC.,

( 3) download install and reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud and check.
