hidden clip?

For some reason, this happened, which seems to do, I don't know, 'hide' the clip, and the clip also showed no during playback. How do cancel you and how I did it in the first place, just so I can avoid it when it happens again!

LLooks like it has been disabled. It toggles the V key.

  • Clip = clip.mask.mask?

    Hello

    I tried this:

    clip. Mask = clip2;

    trace (clip2.mask) / / returns clip

    trace (clip.mask.mask) /returns clip.

    Why is this? And how is it possible, logically?

    How can I do a search on the entire clip unhidden on a stage (and see if the mask returns null)? If there is a hidden clip and his own mask on the stage, I see that one is the mask, and it is hidden.

    Thanks for your reply.

    you have now, it's OK.

    It is regrettable that the mask a mask property is hidden object but this is how flash works. He there did nothing incompatible about your last message once you understand it's what flash.

  • Design of GUI/Graphics in Flash Builder

    In Flash Pro, you can make different screens for your app (IE menu principal, options) and separate them into different "clips". Exactly how can I do a complex GUI and store it in Flash Builder? Wouldn't be bad practice to separate each screen in its own class that extends MovieClip? Then add one to the scene and remove and add another when the screen must be turned on? Or just visibilities of swap?

    visibilitys swaping is a good idea as long as it is no animation running, enter frames or timers that interact with hidden clips. and use the visibility and no alpha. alpha clips are calculated, even when they are 'invisible '.

    in the sense of ease, the 'best' is to implement your structure of movieclip in flash, export it as a SWC library and import it into you project in flash builder. don't ask me how this works, I don't use flash or flash builder. just Flash develop.

  • Simplify multiple movieclips early frame masking

    I am trying to simplify my code and save space in my control panel actions. At the beginning of a new mount, I have several hidden clips (._visible = false) until I call so that they become visible later.

    This framework AS I will condense:

    MC1._visible = false;

    MC2._visible = false;

    Mc3._visible = false;

    ... etc.

    I have about 30 MC # movieclips. Can anyone show how to shorten the code so all 30 mcs are hidden you enter the picture? A table perhaps?

    Thank you.

    There is no need of an array, but you use array notation:

    for (var i: Number = 1; i<>

    This ["MC" + i] ._visible = false;

    }

  • Video clip hidden in the timeline?

    I'm having a problem that I can't solve.

    In one of my videos, there's another video clip behind it (I think?).

    whenever I play this clip, the image of the other video clip appears, but the audio is still playing the clip that SHOULD play.

    I'm confused and REALLY want to get rid of the item that appears in the middle of my other clip but have no idea how. It seems to be hidden. I even tried removing the clip entirely, thinking that it would solve the issue and something was wrong with this clip, but when I put another video clip on top is the same thing.

    I am very frustrated and want to help, please

    If anyone can help me, it would mean the world to me! Thank you!

    It is difficult to say without seeing what your screen looks like now or know what you are doing.

    Have you spent in Timeline mode?

    You have navigated to the top on your timeline to see the higher slopes?

    If you can't, can you post a page, as Hunt has done, then we can see what you are seeing or you see do not?

  • How can I prevent imovie 10 to delete clips from my camera when importing?

    I just noticed that when I import my video into iMovie 10 clips get deleted from my camera. I don't want to do. How do you prevent iMovie to do this?

    I can't find anywhere preferences.

    Look in the iMovie > file > import media... window. Your imported clips may be hidden in iMovie rather than actually removed from your device:

    Uncheck the box if necessary. If the files reappear to iMovie clips from your camera, your camera should be OK.

  • The music that is on my Clip does not appear on my computer.

    I like my video, but I'm having some problems with it.

    I am trying to remove the muisc out of my Clip and put different music on it, but the music that was on my video does not seem to exist, according to my computer. When I plug my video into my computer and open Rhapsody, or even the element itself (through the workstation then drive L: SANSA CLIP) I can't find any music on this subject. I activated the hidden files, and that's what I see:

    All of these files are empty, except for REGISTRATION with an empty FM and an empty folder of VOICE in it.

    Yet, the music is still on my Clip. I can unplug my computer and listen to it (and no, this isn't the radio).

    How can I find this music and down, so I can put new music on it, or I'm stuck with the same songs forever?

    you connect in MSC mode, and probably, you copied the files on in MTP mode. go to settings > usb mode > and select MTP. You should then be able to see your music when you connect it to the computer.

  • deleted files are hidden

    Hello

    It is a strange thing, I deleted several mp3 files (at least 70 titles) of my Sansa Clip (I used my Mac), but the files are still somewhere on the player. I tried a search with all the tools I could find (including some software to find names of files starting with a dot, they are deleted), I tried my Windows PC (Win7)... nothing has worked. I always get the information, that there is some hidden files on the disk, but not where they are and how I could find them.

    What can I do?

    Thank you very much

    Thank you very much for your answer, I handed my Sansa on and empty my trash, but nothing has changed. I might have to try reformatting...?

    Someone else posted this same scenario a few days ago. If you empty your trash before you pull the plug, I think that you miss your chance and cannot re - connect to. So yes, re-formatting the drive, it's what I would try. You can do this from the player settings > settings menu system, without having to connect to your Mac to do.

    Deleter wrote:

    Thank you very much; my mac does not recognize the drive when the MSC mode. Is this a problem?

    Yep, of course. MSC mode is mode only you can use it with a Mac, because PSG is a Windows only and for synchronization via Windows Media Player mode.

    Fitness, as suggested above will be hopefully solve this problem as well. Don't forget to check out your USB setting after formatting, though, as he sometimes returns the default player, Auto Vice affecting. Manually select the MSC before trying to connect to your Mac.

  • Sansa Clip 8 GB and library Overdrive

    Is anyone else having problems transferring files overdrive of "audio books"?

    Initially, I had to update the security settings in real player - who did everything, and now the files began to transfer.

    But I have one or two error messages. If the files transfer without specific indication of the kind, I said to synchronize to continue music subscription. Not at all sure what I should be sync with because I don't want to listen to music!

    If I transfer to Acoustics, the odm tuned license fails to arrive so I can not listen anyway!

    I tried the usb formatting, checked settings and now can't even files to transfer, receive an additional error message

    The license is valid 14 days from today which is not just no more!

    Any help that will allow me to use this device will be very welcome!

    Welcome to the world of ugly, ugly of DRM (Digital Rights of misery). The problem comes from Overdrive not seeing that the Clip is allowed. Because the Sansas were initially supposed to work with Rhapsody music subscription, the message "music subscription" means in fact that your computer is not see your Clip as a device allowed to receive files.

    Try this. On the unit, go to Settings/System Settings/USB Mode and put it in MTP: Media Transfer Protocol, that transfers of license codes hidden and files through programs such as Overdrive, Windows Media Player, etc.

    OK, now do this crazy thing. Open Windows Media Player on your computer - it must be version 10 or higher - and find a place somewhere in its settings (different in different versions) to uncheck automatically synchronize. (It is so when or connect the video it does not dump everything on the Clip). Search in the help files if it is not obvious.

    Connect the clamp. Then choose a music file in your computer - music - the file and send it on via WMP. If you don't want to keep on the Clip you can delete it later.

    What he must do, is open the connection for these secret unlock codes and say stupid Overdrive it can send on the books. Try it.

    If this is not the case, go step by step through the installer of the Overdrive software again:

  • Music mystery on new 4 GB clip

    Hi all

    This is my first post, I hope that I get this straight!

    I just got my new 4 Clip of GB and a group of music on it using Winamp. Strangely, there is music on there that I have not download (!). Is this normal? I assume it's something Sandisk put there as a promo or something, but I can't find the audio files anywhere on the Clip. Talents are "Alias & Ehren", "The Jones Gang", "The Red Thread", & "The Shanghai Restoration Project".

    I manually deleted them, but am interested to know if this is something other people have found.

    Thank you

    Toby.

    These songs are pre-loaded on every Sansa. Older Sansas has even more (18 or almost).

    Oh, and the reason why you couldn't find them, is they were in hidden folders.

  • Sansa Clip 8 GB - Firmware Version 2.01.32 - all my files disappeared

    So, today I have updated the firmware on my Sansa Clip from 2.01.16 to 2.01.32 and now, therefore, when I connect my player to the PC any of my files stored on my drive are visible. I tried to use the options to display the hidden files and system files on my PC, but it does not work. All files are always visible and readable on my player, and my shows to PC where there is 5.58 GB of used space on my drive but when I search in the records of the player using my PC, they're all empty... not so much as a single byte in sight... What is going on? Where are my files stored now? (And especially) How can I access them through my PC?

    I read on a website that the deletion of the "MTABLE. SYS file' could solve this problem, but I have tried this 4 times now and the problem persists.

    A big thank you to all those who can help.

    Probably not a mistake but a MSC / outcome of the PSG. Go in the configuration of the element, and then select MTP. If still no files and select MSC.

    If still no removal follow the instructions in the FAQS on this site.

  • I upgraded the firmware Sansa Clip & now I don't see the files I had previously in

    Hi guys, this is my problem: I have a sansa clip v2, it worked fine until yesterday, when I updated the firmware with sansa updater; the upgrade went smoothly, but now my windows xp sp3 detects the drive because it was a normal penstick/external hd and I cannot see the files I already had in it: I can still listen to their - players works as usual - but, as I don't see them, I can't delete them! I tried the "hidden and system files" in folder options, but it did not help. I think that after the upgrade of the internal structure of the file has changed a bit, now it is: sound, music, audio books, podcasts, record, WMPinfo.xml, MTABLE. SYS, RES_INFO. SYS, SYS_CONF. SYS, version.sdk. I try to put a few new files in the folder "music" and it works perfectly, they appear in the player, so the problem is only with the 'old'; in fact, I would not delete them mind these files if it is not necessary, because I have them on my hard drive).

    I hope someone can help me, thank you very much! (and please excuse my bad spelling & grammar, I'm Italian! :-))

    1. pick up your player Sansa Clip - the physical drive you bought.

    2. activate.

    3. press the small 'home' button, the small button on the front of the item located at the top right of the Ferris wheel - it's the small button with the little house printed on it.

    4. press on the lower part of the wheel (at 06:00 position) until the screen shows the settings.

    5. press once on the right side of the wheel (at 03:00 position) to access settings options.

    6. press on the lower part of the wheel (at 06:00 position) until the display shows USB mode.

    7. press the right side of the wheel (at 03:00 position) once to enter USB mode options.

    8. tap up or down the Ferris wheel (at 12 and 06:00 positions) and select the USB setting menu is currently not checked (I think that this will be the PSG; ignore the setting "Auto", for the reasons I stated above), then select it by pressing the right side of the wheel (at 03:00 position).

    9. you have now set your video mode MTP USB drive. Press the small home button twice to return to the regular game mode.

    And that's all. Now when you connect your player to Clip on your computer, your files should appear on your computer. If they don't, repeat the above, but set the USB to the MSC mode.

    I hope this helps.

    PS As I said earlier, the USB modes, the MSC mode (compared to the MTP mode) is more universal and will work on multiple computers. If you use a video player on other computers, you can set your video player in MSC mode, to ensure that it will connect to other computers. If this is the case and if your video player has been set to MTP mode so far, before changing the setting of mode USB mode MSC, to be able to see all files in the reader of your video on your computer, first copy the files from the drive of your music back to your computer delete them out of your video player, set the Clip Player USB Service mode weather of the Canada (see above) and then copy the files to your video player. This ensures that you can see all the files of your video player when it is connected to your computer.

  • Sansa clip froze screen message says "disconnected".

    My machine went on mode standby mode when it is connected with the Sansa clip. I grew up my machine and unplugged the USB Sansa, since then clip shows a message "disconnected." Even if I'm trying out or other options it still shows offline message. I tried the firmware update, but it says that no product can be updated sansa is recognized.

    I hate it when this happens. The Sansa off, slide the switch to the position IT and hold it there for 10-15 seconds. This will be a soft reset of the device.

    It should now light up normally and will be recognized by the computer again.

    You can prevent this catastrophe wee by configuring the USB to stay in standby mode. With the trendy Sansa, in Device Manager, go to Bus USB controllers, and expand that. You will see a list of ads from hub USB root at the bottom of the tree.

    Starting at the bottom, click twice on each one and select Properties. The Sansa is hidden in this point of view, but it is be clicking on the current tab. When you have found the position of hub with the Sansa listed, click the power management tab, and uncheck "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

    Please note that the Sansa Updater will modernize only the firmware currently installed the latest version, but it is not designed to reinstall the same version, as in the case of a repair. To reinstall the same version, you must follow the instructions to install the firmware manually.

    In this particular case, I don't think it will damage your firmware. The soft reset should do the trick.

  • Names of files modified on Clip display?

    IM really happy with the SansaClip +, but theres one thing that pisses me off really:

    Some folder names are changed when the poster to the devices screen. There seems to be a name hidden for some records in the system, because when I change the name of files, or create a new and changing its name from "new folder" in "file XY" the clip will display it always as 'new folder '.

    Records appear even with the exact names out there, when I look at the device by Windows Explorer, but the clip shows its still the same.

    I don't really understand it... and sandisk just support does not.

    Example of

    Windows folder: "1998 - Album title.

    Folder on the display of the Clip: "00000059_1998 - the Album title.

    Windows folder: "New folder" > changed to "KYUSS".

    Folder on the display: "new folder."

    Hope someone can help. I think that this crys for an updated firmware...

    OK, so I spent all the Canada meteorological service today and it worked. Thank you!
