  I have a problem with windows install, I have can´t install or uninstall programs. I tried with several of them, like Nero, uninstalling and installing the Reader for PC app, but I get this error:

  "He doesn't have access to the windows service install." This can occur if Windows Installer is not installed properly. Please contact the staff of technical support for assistance.

  Other programs that Don t use the installer of windows can be installed very well, as the microsoft reader.
