  The hyperlinks on the Bing home page don't work. When I move the mouse over the links click on them; the links are neither highlighted nor when I click on the links they activate. I can refresh the page and quickly click on a link, but if I do not click enough fast links don't work yet.

  I have tried clicking a link on the Bing homepage in IE9 and they work fine. So, I contacted Microsoft assuming it had something to do with Bin. However after trying the suggestion offered by Microsoft the they suggested I contact Firefox to fix this problem as it may be a problem on your end. I don't care who's end this problem lies I just want to be able to run Firefox and use it's services without this problem as Bing and Firefox are the two programs I have chosen to work with. • Need Firefox & Bing and when I open Firefox I ref A and string; then when I get to Bing, no bookmarks toolbar, etc. or way to access messages.

I can't clear the cache, if I can't the history tab. If I'm going to the mozilla firefox program folder and open it, there are a tool bar but can't erase recent history, etc. it. I don't have an administrator and a password on my home desktop. It's just me. I tried to follow your suggestions, but they do not apply to my situation. I don't really know if it is a firefox problem or bing. I've used google before bing and had no problems; I just wanted to try bing.

  A note on what has been done before hitting the forum: Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware full scan, which found and removed a number of things, all related lines. Kapersky TDSSKiller and MMDA Chameleon found no problem.

  What looks like the popup? I think that Yahoo may have a bar in the page content area that encourages to make your Yahoo homepage. However, if it appears outside of the page, and especially if it displays when you visit other sites, it could be caused by an add-on unwanted. Here's an example another user recently published along these lines:

• Firefox don't forget homepage, theme addons and some settings every time I start my laptop. I tried a lot of difficulties, but none work?

  This issue started happening just after the update to Firefox 42, I think.   In the search bar, click on the little arrow, scroll down and choose "Manage search engines".

  In the menu next, click on Bing , highlight it, and then click Remove.
