you use the startDrag() as2.  as3 startDrag() accepts 2 parameters;  a Boolean value, and a rectangle.

  • 'horizontal scan only' on html articles

    Hey,.

    I noticed that I don't have to select "Horizontal Swipe" only on pure html articles I import.

    Does anyone have a work around for this?

    The problem is that with the use of the internal frames of scrolling in the html of the article, when you scroll to the bottom of the internal scroll, the entire page will begin floating down when the user continues to scroll. If you are a little impatient and start scrolling in another scroll (or the same) frame until the page has "arranged", both internal scrolling AND the whole page scrolls together.

    I downloaded a YouTube video to illustrate; http://youtu.be/8lnGzMeYNd4

    Any help would be appreciated.

    See you soon,.

    Eddie

    This is how our scrolling behavior is designed, and there is no way to turn it off.

  • Help! When I click and drag, only the frame moves!

    Then, when I drag a pictue within a framework, if its eps, png watever, only the hierarchical framework hangs out with my mouse, content remains where it started, so when I relese click in a new place, the content moves towards her.

    I think it's some kind of quick mode or something but I can not understand how to disable?

    If I click and hold the button for a few seconds, then when I drag the photo hanging out with my mouse, but its so annoying to have to hover over the photo, whenever I want to move to something.

    It also happens with the transformation of the image scalling he or rotationg it etc. I just get a preview where it will eventually leave the outline of the image, then when I release the image go.

    IM on CS6.

    If someone could help would be amazing, I searched the web and im stumped!

    Looking for Live screen redraw and reseetting preferences won't do a thing because it has the value default dealyed in CS6. You can set it to always in the preferences, or you can click and hold it down for a few moments before dragging get live view.

  • Drag only...

    Hello

    I want students to be able to drag a picture of words and let them just.  The idea is for them to make their best guess about where each element falls on a photo.  There is no right or wrong answer.  I just want that they move the object and to leave it where they want on the page.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to get there?  I Googled it and there is not an answer or I'm using the wrong search terms.  Thanks in advance for any comments.

    Shannon

    Lilybiri,

    I really appreciate all your help.  Check the absolute suggestion.  However, I came up with a plan 'B '.  I knew that I had done it once before, but it took a good night's sleep to return.  I thought I'd share in case someone else runs into the same obstacle.  I put a tiny little box in a space that no one will pass to my target. I used the interaction drag-and - drop to set up my process.  I put words like elements of the trail and the little box as the drop target.   I then is go into options and off "Send drag source to original position" and "redrag ignored source."  I then drugs the drop-down list and the button send off the screen.  Now, the words can be drug anywhere in the slide and place anywhere.  Hope this helps someone else too.

  • : DPS is there no way to drag some vertical items only?

    I created a dps which is essentially a portfolio. On a specific page, I have the list of clients. and when you tap on these clients, it takes you to another article, which show the work I've done for the customer. This article is by horizontal scanning only. The problem is the following: on my first page of my DPS is the show, I can drag horizontal to the first customer or "next article in my DPS. I just want to be able to get the items click on the customer. Is this possible?

  • Problem with Swipe Horizontal only

    Hi guys,.

    These days, I had several annoying problem with the manufacturer folio that take a lot of time...

    First of all, I created an overlay (multi-state object) and three buttons that control the State of the overlay. When I'm not checked 'Horizontal swipe only', the effect of overlay works fine however when the Tower on the "Horizontal by scanning only" the effect no longer works.

    The problem is that in an another folio, the same effect works with the 'Horizontal Swiple only"checked as well. I tried to recreate the article, but nothing changes.

    The second problem has nothing to do with the Horizontal Swipe only...

    All my page I have a navigation menu (series of buttons) at the bottom of my page. When I update the folio, the navigation menu sometimes disappear pages even though I can see it when I'm using 'Browse '.

    To get the back navigation menu, I have to update every article at once... It's so frustrating one very time consuming.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    JK

    I've found a workaround... I just create a new article with only one page (the one with the overlay) and as it is a single page article, I don't need to turn "Horizontal Swipe only" and the works of great overlay.

    Cons: The new article appears in the table of contents.

    Hope this helps someone.

  • Horizontal articles

    Question refers to a design of the layout for an iPad.

    I wish that my articles to present side by side so that the user can drag through the article, as if reading a book. However, I can't find any info about this configuration in Indesign. The layout in indesign is still down so always section should be read with a vertical scroll.

    This seems to be a very basic question and I apologize, but I can't seem to find how it could be implemented.

    Thank you.

    Nigel.

    Hello

    You must choose Horizontal scan only in the properties of this items to measure this feature.

    Use the Folio builder Panel to do

  • Can items drag left and right?

    Is it possible to have articles left and right instead of just from the top down? From what I see at the moment you slide from top down in an article (several pages of course) and drag left and right to change the articles. I'm trying to publish a gardening magazine, and he has a lot of images page 2. In striking down and swipe, they flow poorly.

    Set them to horizontal scan only in article properties.

  • cut vertically and not horizontally

    When I want two windows side by side, I reduce the two and that's what I want.  But when I reduce Bing search, it minimizes horizontally and only shows the toolbar.  How can I reduce Bing so that it is narrower than my whole screen and I can pull up another window along beside it?  Thank you.

    You are quite welcome.

  • APEX 5 - alignment button horizontal

    Hi guys,.

    I'm fighting with the left, aligning the buttons next to the menu interactive report 'Action '. Whenever I place the buttons in the position of button 'right of the search bar of interactive report' I can't align the button to the left, just to the right.

    In fact, the layout attribute > alignment horizontal ist only visible and entrable when I place the button in the positions of the 'legacy', i.e. "low in the region." When I place the button on the 'next' or 'right of the search bar of interactive report' position, the horizontal alignment of the attribute disappears.

    So that the right way to the alignment of the buttons in the regions for the universal theme going forward?

    Thank you

    ~ Dietmar.

    Hi Dietmar,

    positioning button IR is based just on the theme CSS. Use the CSS following as inline CSS to the page level or defined in the CSS file that is customized to the level of the User Interface to change this appearance.

    .a-IRR-buttons {
        margin-left: 8px;
    }
    .a-IRR-buttons, .a-IRR-controls {
        display: block;
        float: left;
    }

    On "the button inherited positions." Those who use HTML tables to add, this is why you can specify the horizontal alignment.

  • Captivate 9 Drag and Drop DropIncorrect State does not

    Hello!

    I ve done a Drag and Drop interaction, where I have 4 targets and 4 drag only one correct answer for each of the sources. I've added States for Drop targets:

    DropCorrect State, The target turns Green when pressing submit, and the answer is correct.

    DropIncorrect State, target Drop becomes Red when press submit and answer is incorrect.

    I thought that it would be a good way to show the user which targets Drop are correct and which aims to drop they must change to get the right answer.

    When the answer is correct, Drop targets turns green and I made an action that says "OK, click anywhere to continue."

    BUT when the answer is wrong, nothing happens to the colors of the Drop target. It s just a failed, Try Again message. Nothing more.

    Why isn´t the State DropIncorrect showing when I press the submit button and the answer is incorrect?

    I just checked the file of this article, which was created on an earlier version of 9 and it works well also for the State of DropInCorrect, but I have only 1 attempt! I suspect that your endless attempts are the cause of the DropIncorrect does not. Compare it with actions on a question slide: success action will be performed when the answer is correct, but the other action will be done only at the last attempt is finished and the answer is wrong. Since you have endless attempts, this last attempt event never occurs.

    Sorry for the late reply, wanted to check a second time and has been very busy today.

  • horizontal and vertical flip of an image

    I duplicated old color slides by taking pictures of them with a macro lens. I only shot raw files, not jpg additional in order to save storage but otherwise to keep the range of post-processing possible. Worked well but the photos should be horizontally and vertically returned. Is it possible to LR4.4 automatically.

    To check all the images, then choose "horizontal reversal" only works on the first of the images activated.

    You can make several photo flips to develop if you enable automatic synchronization.  Just make sure to turn it off because it can cause all sorts of accidental damage

  • Print preview shows only a page of article

    I have a 23 page article exclusively portrait for which I can get a preview only one page.  Normally this is the first page, but if I click on any other page, the preview shows this page - but the slider at the bottom of the content viewer displays only the first page regardless of what the page is in the preview window.  I'm a newbie at this, and this is my second article; one worked very well.  Put them together in a Folio, or order, and the 'normal' displays all pages and the other shows only 1 page.  Any thoughts?

    Stupid beginners... I read that some of these options layout in English.  If the item is not set to "horizontal scan only" it seems the vertical sweep only, not "optional".  The Aha! is time brushing accidentally mouse so that Preview scrolling upward, revealing the hidden underneath pages.  Now I get it.
