  Adobe has published a quarterly update for Acrobat/Reader DC October 13, promoting you to install the same.

  Simply open Acrobat Reader DC, go to the Help menu and check for updates. Download & install it.

  How adobe does not count the activations of computer for this product.  I activated 2 computers, disabled 2 computers and then tried to activate another, only to be told that I got too many activations.  I tried to use my new Sony reader and was told by Sony that it was a question of adobe.  I talked to adobe to be told that it was a computer problem.  I have a new Christmas gift which is totally unusable!  We should be able to understand it!

  I've owned all versions of Photoshop since Photoshop 2. I need currently CS3 reinstalled on an old system to run a custom plugin that only works with the CS3 version. I own both CS3, CS3 Extended purchased online through Adobe and my account shows both the products and orders with soap operas.

  As CS3 is end of line, I used my archive installation to reinstall, but kept getting a red arrow at the end series fields at the entrance of my series. And no, I did a typo in no more. Then I contacted chat and was told that does not support Adobe CS3... I know that... I don't need support, I need my product activated. After finally getting to a supervisor, he said (with a bunch of useless nonsense because it was obvious that he never read the previous discussion of the other person):

  T: M 3 days to fix a simple keycode... so exactly how is it supposed to take place... you even my details.

  If it was on May 25 and yesterday I went on chat where I went through another lengthy session on where yet another supervisor said he could email me the process that I had to use CS3. I get an email today but I was told that CS3 has been exceeded. But get this, he told me I was able to activate CS2 and gave me a link. So I asked him kindly pass me on the good people as I had already spent more than 5 hours on this. He passed me along and once more I went through more than canned food drive asking me the same info I have already handed over to others and has been in my two cats and once more I asked a supervisor. This controller then began through the canned drivel and I stopped him and told him to send me. She said I should use the support for my problem as the customer service could not help. Do I need to go further with the bunch of useless garbage that Adobe rat hole call support? What do you think people?

  This person then wanted to make a screen sharing, but as I am a developer of the plugin under NDA with my company that does not happen. However, as a photographer for 35 years, developer of the PS and PS plugin Professor, I simply asked what he needed to do on a screen sharing. I explained that I had tried to install it on Mac 2 and 3 systems of windows with various operating systems, and whenever I entered my series I want to get the exact same on all 4 systems... the red X.

  Needless to say, that I tried to stifle Adobe, not the people for their support, because they can only dish of what they can, but the management without value that makes this a completely unnecessary method of dealing with his client.

  MT review your account more closely, I see that you have two Photoshop CS3 serial numbers that come from a special event of the T4 in 2008.  In addition, I found that you have a serial number valid upgrade for Photoshop CS3 on Windows which ends in 6504.

  Since you have a upgrade serial number, you will be asked to enter the serial number of eligible products during the installation process.  If you need to download a new copy of Photoshop CS3 installation files, they are available to Download Adobe Creative Suite 3 products...

  I also found that you had 2 serial number Photoshop CS5 beta registered under your account.  In the future I recommend you make purchases of Adobe software from Adobe directly.  This will ensure that the license that was purchased is the license you've been waiting for.

• How Adobe Reader "end-users" can save a form that they filled, which was created in Acrobat Pro ms?

  IV ' e creates a form using Acrobat Pro DC and want to distribute it to a group of people who have unspecified versions of Acrobat Reader. I want to fill out the form and return it to a person in my company. What I can do on my end to make when they finish the form they can save? Or to all least, send it immediately?

  I included also, I want to send the completed form to the address. How can I configure a link so that they want to click on this address and it opens their already filled with the address email program? Thank you!

  Users can save the file with the option "save under" at their end if the document is not have any security.

  Kind of impossible NOT to miss.

  I called sales of Adobe to explain the screw - up politely and ask if they would expand their offer, because they send the notice on until after the expiry of its offer. Lost my time talking to a front line, then a floor supervisor. Anyone want to hear this conversation? I recorded it.

  Adobe: you have just p * ssed turned off an another decade-long customer $$$ with your arrogance. Errors occur. But not to apologize and not not not good on your mistakes is unacceptable. This attitude, I'm more than happy to move.

  I was told that I could get the same deal for 33% more profitable.  Bait and switch. I'm not a resident of the United States, but I'll complain to the FTC on this subject.

  I would like to close this thread by declaring that Adobe contacted me and solved their problem sending their card offers late (after maturity), by extending the offer to me. I took it. The seller, Luis, was very friendly and professional. Thank you Luis.

  It is unfortunate that I had to raise the issue in this public forum first before getting the action, and the first person that initially, I phoned at Adobe on this problem was completely dismissive and wasted my time.

  In closing this thread, let me also be clear that, as a customer of Adobe for a long time that was software purchase, perpetually under license since 6 Photoshop, Lightroom 2 and CS2 that I'm NOT convinced of your software-rental model. I watched the first year, while other clients PP signed up to CC and next seen or not upgrades - and then had nothing to show for their spending of $600 - unless they keep paying and paying.

  Also, I am gravely concerned by being able to access and maintain my projects after the end of my subscription. I don't think that it's fair or reasonable at all to lock MY assets for YOUR payments.

  But, at this point, Adobe did not gave me the opportunity to buy new software, can I continue to use without having to pay their perpetually.

  It's really a new perpetual license type: perpetually pay. We'll see how the next year measures up.

  I want to create a plugin for Reader version 9 and higher. The plugin must Access the SQL database to retrieve information. This information is displayed to the user in the form of a list.

  I looked in the Adobe forum, who said that ADBC is frowned upon in Acrobat 9 and is completely deleted from Acrobat X. My requirement does not include the shape or form data. I just want to access SQL database from a reader plugin.

  Technically, there is nothing for Adobe Document. If your plug-in wants to communicate with a server for any purpose, it can do so using whatever methods API are appropriate, and what protocols applications server; It's nothing specific to the treatment of the plug-in.

  The Acrobat SDK kit is available where you the form of plug-in interface. I don't know how to follow these steps.

  You will need to describe your proposed use to Adobe when you ask for a license to create plug-ins Reader. This is not automatic and can easily be denied. So apply early.  Of course, you are free to write plug-ins for Acrobat such unlicensed.

  The entire collection will load on my system except Adobe Premier Pro.
  My system is:

  Dell Precision 670 workstation

  Intel Xeon processor 3,2 GHz
  3.19 GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM

  MS Windows XP

  Professional x 64 Edition

  Version 2003

  Service pack 2, v.4566

  When I try to load Adobe Premiere Pro I am presented with the following statement:
  
  DirectX cannot be run on this version of windows. This version of windows is 3.X or a version of windows NT that does not support this version of Direct X. Please do not attempt to install Direct x except in these operating systems. CTX is designed to work with Windows 95 or later and Windows NT 4.0 and later only. This error message can also occur if the material is not compatible with this version of Direct X.

  I loaded the entire collection video V2.6, including Adobe Premier Pro, my portable 32 bit and it loads perfectly. The laptop, however, is not powerful enough for handling serious editing. If it wasn't for the above statement of DirectX I would think that the problem is that Adobe Premiere Pro must simply not load on a 64-bit computer. In addition, in the near future, I want to upgrade to the latest Adobe CS4 Master Collection but must first work with Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

  Increase memory 16 GB on XP 64 with 1.5 will not help at all. Increase memory on Win7-64 will be useful, but not with 1.5. You must upgrade to CS4 for the benefit of that.
