How c one I copy a CD?

So I have this cd. 16 sermons and no. where I can find a rip button. Then, how to rip a disk full of sermons. MP3 or WAV. So, how can I find the rip button. What it is supposed to do won't. It will not explain why. Windows 7 won't give any information accessible.  How big is Microsoft when the simple challenge them.
