  You cannot remove iTunes Store from the phone, it's a native iOS. You should not be asked to connect to the store unless you try to make a purchase. You can go to settings > general > Restrictions and restrictions put in place for the iTunes Store. That could very well stop the prompt. At least, you can try that. When you set up Restrictions, make sure that you write the access code, because there is no way to recover/reset this password without wiping your iPhone completely.

  How it works, is that ESET intercepts all your browser connections to filter the content. If it is an HTTP connection, it is transparent.   Decided to give the full answer on this point Ubuntu system and it works fine.
  In a terminal, run the command: sudo/usr/sbin/gdmsetup

  This will bring up the gdm gui and there you can disable auto login and the login timed.
