The problem I have is that I can't make it work through several documents that come from this same book. The position of the pages is correct from the inside of the selected chapter. In other words, it will be the first and the last page number of the chapter on the same page but only within this chapter not the book in its entirety. The saddle stitch should work is to have the first page of the book and the last page of the book on the same piece of paper. How can I get this to work? I was flipping through books and the internet for some time and I can't find the answer to this.

My problem is that I have to go through a time consuming series of steps each time my computer restart.   I had exactly the same problems as you... I wish I could be more specific in my answer, but that's... I was getting the same gook gibberish and then nothing. I found the answer was shut down and it is the rotating connection/disconnection process that makes the difference. I think (I wish I had paid more attention now, but was to tired enough so try anything lol) after you install the printer, just turn off, turn on the laptop, plug in usb/printer then turn on printer... BUT... he could have... turn it off everything, plug in usb/printer, turn on laptop - when finished start the system turning on the printer. As you can tell I can't be sure what combination and why, but it certainly worked for me... am now able to connect way anywhich impression I connect :-) so persevere with combination and I hope you find it working for you :-)

  If you see something like this:

  Cannot start service on Local computer print spooler.
  Error 1075: The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion.

  Error 1075 means "ERROR_SERVICE_DEPENDENCY_DELETED".

  This means that there is some Service think that it depends on to start the Print Spooler Service that is missing.  It's maybe the printing or drivers that have been uninstalled software.

  If really, the dependency service exists and simply not work (dependence, Services must be started and running), you will get an error like this:

  Cannot start service on Local computer print spooler.
  Error 1068: The dependency service or group could start.

  You now or you already had all of the installed Lexmark printers?

  If the Service print spooler used to work well, do you have added or removed all printers since he worked?

  To view your Services, click Start, run and enter in the box:

  services.msc

  Click OK to open the Services Applet.

  Highlight the Print Spooler Service, right-click and choose properties you can see what is happening.  You will be especially interested in the startup (generally set to automatic) type and the items listed in the Dependencies tab.

  If you don't see the problem in the Print Spooler service dependencies tab, see what are actually of a command prompt window Print Spooler Service dependencies.  To do this, click on start run and in the type box:

  cmd

  Click OK to open a command prompt window.

  In the command prompt window, query the spooler to print (spooler) Service by entering the following command:

  sc qc spooler

  Whatever it is listed under needs of DEPENDENCIES is running before starting the print spooler.

  If there are DEPENDENCIES listed for things that are more installed, you can fix it, but first of all, we need to know what is indicated, then we can remove the ones that are not needed.

  If you make adjustments, do not forget to restart your system and make sure that changes "stick".

  Safe mode is not likely to help, and system restore.

  Your user profile is probably damaged and that Windows has created a new profile for you.  If you are looking into 'My Documents' or 'My images', your old files won't be there - they are in the old profile.  Do a search for your files.  If you find them, you can copy the entire profile.  See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811151

  1st. If there are no restore points, then obviously it's not an option :(

  If you do not have a Windows Vista Installation DVD and it comes preinstalled with your system, do you have a set of Recovery CD?  Otherwise, you have probably a recovery on the computer and/or the program Partition do the Recovery CD

  In any case, before go you on the road to recovery, I suggest doing what is called a SFC Scan.
  Click Start
  Click on all programs
  Click on accessories
  Right-click on command prompt and click run as administrator .
  You should get a black screen and sitting at a command prompt that looks like c:\Users\your-username-here
  Now, type the following command, and then press the ENTER key
  sfc/scannow

  This will scan the system files which can has been corrupted and will attempt to repair/replace the.
