How can I go back to a wired connection to the internet on my laptop?
I added a wireless router to my modem earlier this year and have used my wireless laptop since then. Now, I have been informed that something I do would work faster if I was using a wired connection, but I can't seem to connect again. What should I do to keep both types of connections, and to be able to switch between the two, when necessary?
Disable the wireless network adapter...
Go to control panel > large icon view > network and sharing Center > change adapter settings > disable the wireless adapter...
If I put in place a backup of any kind that had taken two days already, I think that something was wrong and réévaluerais what I was doing... :-)

How do I get a full screen when I connect to the internet, my screen appears1/4 screen when I connected mthen should maximize it?
Three options.
1: take the corners of the window and drag it to the format full screen. Do not use to expand. Close all other windows first via the taskbar and the latter. Windows will remember the size of the last closed window the next time that you open the program.
2: any shortcut you use to launch the window, right-click, and select Properties. Under the 'Run' drop-down list, choose "expanded".

When I use a LAN connection I don't waste connection. It is only when I use my web connector that I lose the connection online. I just need to know if it's my web connector or the drivers. As I've mentioned before that I called T-monbile and they say this isn't the web connector because it has no problem connecting to the internet, it's the fact that he cannot keep a bc driver connection disables the web connector.
I have the T-mobile 4 g rocket
I have Windows 7 Home Premium version 6.1 (64-bit)
If there is no connectivity problem with the connection to the local network, then the problem is most likely to be the firmware / software driver and/or web interface provided by T-Mobile with their dongle.
Have you been to the T-Mobile forums to see if others are having problems?
I found that other people know the firmware problems and connectivity. You are not alone. If your normal edge wireless works very well and the local network connection (wired) has no problems T-Mobile dongle is the problem. The dongle come with a warranty.

Hello Bamzplaces,
Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Answers forum! The IP address of your laptop must be assigned by DHCP through your router. Proceed as follows to make sure that your laptop computer to obtain an IP address automatically:
· Open network and sharing Center via Control Panel or by double-clicking on network control and select Properties.
· Click on to view the status of
· Click on Properties
· When Windows asks your permission to continue, click continue .
· Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) , and then click Properties
· Verify that the obtain an IP address automatically and DNS server obtain an address automatically are selected.
· Follow the same steps for the connection of your Internet Version 6 (TCP/IPv4) Protocol
· Click OK and exit to the desktop.
I would then recycle your adapter to disconnect manually for 10 to 20 seconds and then reconnect. Your connection once we connected is displayed, try to connect to the internet.

I have tried everything I can think of nothing doesn't. The strange thing is that it connects as usual and I can even use Skype and download updates, but I can't surf the net. I can't understand. I have tried ipconfig release and then renew, repairs of stack TCP/IP, Winsock reset and the use of different browsers. I ran the XP connection troubleshooting tool and received the following message, that this is probably caused by your firewall settings
"check the settings of the firewall for the HTTP port (80), HTTPS (443) AND ftp PORT (21) port.
The problem is that I can't change my firewall settings that I can not start the firewall and get this error message every time I try
Cannot start the service Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) on the Local computer.

I use AVG 2011 antivirus protection. I tried connecting via the wireless and wired. I did ipconfig and tried to rattle of my other devices and my router and everything seems normal because they can communicate with each other. See below.
