  Step 1

  Find your file and right click (Alt - click) the icon. This will bring you a menu with a number of actions in this regard. Click info

  Please be informed that Outlook.com is a service of free web mail from Microsoft, like Hotmail.com; for example, you can't use it as default mail client/program.

  You can download the program from Windows live mail and then try to add Outlook.com account to check, if that makes a difference.

  1. go to control panel and click language.

  2. click on options.

  3. in the input check method that only US International figure and remove other methods of entry from the list.

  4. Once this is done, click on save and restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
