  Here is a way to convert online so that you won't have to

  Using Win XP Movie Maker 2.1... You can save as .avi as follows:

  To save a DV - AVI movie file...
  (and other options)
  Type of... CTRL + P (or go to...) File / save movie file)
  to open the wizard movie recording.
  Choose... My computer.
  Next /.
  Enter a name and a location.
  Next /.
  Show more choices.
  Other parameters.
  Open the window of the droplet and choose... DV - AVI.
  Next /.
  Wait while the movie is saved.
  Finishing...

  Or you can try to convert your. WMV file to the. MOV or. AVI
  format using a converter.

  There are many converters available on the net... some
  free... some detail.

  I have 3 XP install disks and a Family Pack Windows 7 Upgrade disk.  I used this upgrade my child 3 of Windows XP computers to Windows 7 a few years ago.

  Hard drives have been fault and I do the new facilities.  I don't want to go through the trouble of reinstalling XP and then by installing the upgrade.  How to convert my XP / Windows 7 upgrade licenses to full Windows 7 licenses?  I can legally run 3 versions of Windows 7.  But I don't want to do via this process heavy installation/implementation to date.

  Your problem is that the date data type coming milliseconds and not in seconds. You should be abel to do the math and use a

  java.util.Date(your_sec*1000).tostring ();

  Google for a timestamp converter (e.g. Epoch Converter - Unix Timestamp converter) and enter your number

  Entry 1333382669.06 * 10 = 1333382669060 lets you get: (here I use only * 10 that you already have 1/100th of a second!)

  Assuming that this timestamp is in milliseconds:
