  I'm trying to access the icons on the test system such as: 'Remove the device safely', but I also try to access the other icons that would show in the system tray icon on the taskbar, when I plug my USB key into a USB port. The problem is, the I use public computers are at the library, and they have the system tray and start menu disabled, so not even my flash drive icon will appear in the system tray when I plug. Is there a way to access the system tray via a software or something?

  For the not 24 hours I tried to access my computer in normal mode.   I got access once I used the app "diskpart" with commands like 'list readers', 'list volume' and 'assign volumes"to access the partition of the content.

  Nevertheless, I have found that my recovery media is missing or damaged.
