How do I know which Service Pack is on my computer?

I worked on my 3D program: Autodesk Maya & recently, he ceased to be able to make. After checking around a bit on the internet, one of the answers was to check my security settings. I contacted tech support for my security on the computer & they sent me an email telling me what to change.
