How does know a model a header or a footer

How does he know a model when you use a template of 'apply a page template' which will correspond to header and footer of the model. It is obvious that an editable field I have label BODY is the body. But how DW knows the document header must match the model header when they are not labeled as an editable?

The problem I have when I use the MODEL is APPLIED to the PAGE is that I can choose the body to match the body which is obvious. The header header is not so obvious and the footer seems to agree. Oh, if only the footer is correct, it's that I did not ask any document properly. I'm missing a key step that defines the header as the header and the footer in the footer. What is happing now since I do not use tables that the header and footer are the DW point of view in the same area of the document (TPL or html). It seems that if I used a table that might solve the problem. But do I really need a table or y at - it another way to specify a specific domain, as I've been able to do in an editable field or area, called, in my case the body with a nice label Blue little to say.

I don't know if this is logical because it dawned on me that I was typing what is wrong. Now the question is how can I solve this problem? See my text below tpl file and/or my Web site at www.goodimage.com . You will see the header or footer undefined area, but part of the beautifully defined body. How can I do this for a different area of the page?

I think you're wrong understanding how patterns work in general.  Did you read at the top on how to create and use templates?

It is always better NOT to apply a template to a page.  You must create a new page from the original model.  If you have a previously saved page (old ordinary html page) and regions that do not correspond to what the model has already defined, then he won't know where to place the editable and non-editable regions.

When you create a model, DW knows the header footer, for example, menu boxes are NO editable regions - because they will always be the same on every page of the child, but the editable region is that the CHANGE will BE in the child pages.

That's why you should use:

File > New > creation of model page.

When you have created a child page, save you it under a new name, for example: aboutus.html and save it in the root of your directly.  (I think I posted this way when you first started asking about the use of the models)

I also mentioned in my PM to you, it is best to NOT to name an editable "body" area, because it is a reserved word and could cause problems.  It is best to name the area something like: maincontent.

I think you should go back to what you are doing and go through the links I provided above, you're probably frustrated because things don't work as expected, but really, once you understand the concept, models are not so difficult to work with.  :-)

    There are several answers to various parts in your question:

    -You can place the edge entertainment in compositions (not in slideshow);

    -Scroll of parts or of the effects of scrolling in a Composition are more difficult;

    (- let slide shows meet your roll is a characteristic third effects Panel).

    The only problem, I expect, is to know how to display 100% width ?

    Slideshows can be presented to the width of the browser, but not of Compositions ...

    And it would be less convenient build all in an animation.

    Go for the model of report layout and select these elements/objects that do not display on the next page and pressing the F4 key to open the palette of the property and set the property Print object on to All the Pages , then it will appear on all pages.
