  Hi thanks for the info, but he wasn't after all, network card when sp1 was installed, it has changed or blocked software for the mobile b/band, for someone who has the same problem, here is what you need to do.

  1, got to control panel,

  2, select programs and features.

  3, uninstall ALL! entries to do with the mobile b/band, even the software for the dongle itself,

  4, restart pc or laptop, plug in dongle and reinstall the software as if it were the first installation.

  This information came from an agent of technical support 3 and worked a treat, no problems,

  This procedure should work for all providers of mobile b/band

  This isn't an update, you must install. Delete all the downloaded files. You don't not firmware updates for your model unless there is a technical support saying that you do. You might not have even a drive hard seagate. Just download the files does not install them. For the record - back is no longer used or needed. You always use the Windows version of updates.

  All drivers for your computer listed on the download page are not specifically for your hardware configuration. They are not to date required. Those who are just to reinstall the drivers, you already have. Do not install anything unless directed to technical support.
