How to cancel subscription creative cloud?
I come to me for the creative cloud - complete - (pay by the month) but I realized that I do not use one of the applications provided with the exception of Photoshop, so I want to cancel and sign up for the pack of photography.

So bad that I couldn't cancel my subscription. A very big family problem is forcing me to cancel all my subscriptions, among them creative cloud. Hi all is there,
I use creative cloud membership. And I fails to cancel the membership. I use google chrome and firefox to access my account, but when I opened 'manage plan' to cancel, there is always a 404 error.
So I try to contact the customer service team, but there is no any direct e-mail contact, only forum and phone number, no cat. I post in the forum and that answer only Member me, not the adobe staff.
We, customer, pay US $ 33/month to get a very bad customer service. I use many online services and Adobe seems the worst customer service I've experienced up to now.
Adobe customer service, where are you now? Please submit and serve your customers well or your business will suffer a loss. TKS for listening!

I used my Photoshop CS6, I own and have SER. No. for the past 4 years; I bought the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and used throughout the course of the last year; I cancelled the creative cloud starting from April 15, 2016 and Adobe has recognized it by e-mail. I wanted to go back and start using my own CS6. On April 16, 2016, when I tried to launch my Photoshop CS6 screen Adobe Creative Cloud appears and blocks me. the display continues with an hourglass forever! Has anyone experience this problem? I also uninstalled applications Adobe Creative cloud of my computer which uses Windows 8.1

There is no active subscriptions under the ID you used for the post of the forum.
If please, sign out of your Adobe account and sign in using the Adobe ID and E-mail associated with the subscription address. You will then be able to cancel your online subscription - cancel your creative cloud membership

However, you can disable the subscription on existing machine and reactivate the second machine to save once the installation instance.

To respond to your request, if you cancel your paid subscription creative cloud you will always have access to the level of membership, which offers 2 GB of free storage. You will have a grace period of 90 days to upload your files to your local machine and remove the files online to get your cloud storage up to 2 GB (or for additional storage to purchase separately if you choose). If you leave more than 2 GB of files in your storage cloud for more than 90 days, you may lose access to part or all of your files. Please read the FAQ and it will answer most of your questions:
