  I just got an email saying my app "is approved however will have to stay in the"Approved"State until the questions below are corrected."

  On this basis, I have 2 questions:

  Q1: does this mean that I am accepted for the offer of playbook? (I submitted before the deadline and received a previous email on this remind me to sign the app)

  Q2: it says that the problem is that I don't have an icon - "please you check the App icon, it doesn't seem to show when loading on a playbook."- but on my end, when I test everything seems fine. Any ideas why this happens?

  Sorry I can't speak on behalf of the App World approval team.  They will provide guidance on your acceptance of the offer of the playbook.

  Regarding your question on the icons, what size and file format you use for your icon?  Make sure it is a PNG 86 x 86 file, otherwise it can not be made on the home screen (can appear invisible if the correct size is used).

  I'm literally desperately now to find a solution to this. I've tried EVERYTHING and still it will not be installed. QuickTime is installed, just used itunes. He comes back with this message and I am at my wits end. Ive tried the solution where you go into Control Panel, programs, and "fix" the components but it still doesn't work. I have not updated in my programs software is if it means something. I don't know what to do. someone help me please before go me crazy. Thank you

  I tried to install a copy of Symantec Corporate Edition Antivirus software but despite several attempts the software could not be installed in Windows 7 Home Basic Edition version but get error message repeated as "error 1721.There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your provider to support personal or package. "

  Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

  If the information of Gokul has not helped to solve your problem, then I suggest that you use the Windows Installer Cleanup tool.
  There may be a corrupt installation, you need to delete everything first.
  Click here for a link to download the utility from Microsoft.

  You can use the utility to remove installation information for programs that were installed by using Windows Installer. Remember that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility does not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall on.

  I can easily access my apple with my user account and the password, but can't make my first purchase on the app store, because it requires answers to security questions. I have not set email of rescue and have explored all possible ways. So, the only thing that could solve my problem is to contact apple by phone. There is no support for the Afghanistan apple, and I want to contact apple in India, Pakistan or elsewhere for assistance. I tried to last week and almost disappointed. Can someone help me how to contact apple to Afghanistan. All numbers provided for other countries does not work unless you are inside of this country.   I'm created Apple ID using my gmail account but email is showing as already in existence (I don't remember not create) and I am not able to log in. I tried to use the e-mail delivery and it does not work and I have no idea on the questions of security.   About a month and a half ago my laptop has had a serious hardware failure and could not be retrieved. So I bought a new laptop and cloned the old drive. Since Adobe Lightroom is complaining about the "serial number * is already in use by the maximum number of computers." You must disable another computer [etc.] ". I've seen so far, since I can't turn off the dead laptop, I need Adobe to reset the association between my license and my old laptop. We have to do it by contacting my local assistance (in Italy). It is only available through chat, but whenever I try to access the chat with my browser I see the message "The cat e al momento chiusa" (Chat is currently closed). Of course I don't mean days public holidays, but during normal office hours, and nothing changes.

  Needless to say, this is a very heavy approach for the management of licenses. The option reset all links between the licence and the computers should be doable online, without all this hassle.

  IIRC licenses is a global problem, not limited to the regions. It has no Italian Adobe which is a completely separate entity from Adobe to the US or UK or France or anywhere else. Of course, there are different versions of the website, languages, local, regional versions of all the software and the support forums, but it's still all Adobe.
