  Happy to help you. This program is INCREDIBLE... but he got a very different "paradigm" of the interface which works very well once you have learned and it work a number of hours, and oh, spent two full weeks on Creative Cow & Lynda dot com & so on... the people who created this built and he remade and re-built it and all did a wonderful job , but... documentation of how he can do all the stuff for it, and how to use it... was never an immediate need.

  Using the direct link command called VERY different process than SpeedGrade using "Native" mode DL, Sg is currently working within your project file PrPro... and they don't want not Sg to be able to do much to the timeline, this is why the timeline of any sequence is "locked" in the Official Journal. You can't do 'edition' stuff, like add or remove clips,... all respect the timeline itself. Only things that affect the appearance of this timeline/sequence. In a process of Sg 'native', where you create the timeline within the Sg or take an EDL (list) and re - connect to files of clips in sequence of the EDL, Sg creates its own project files... an IRCP file. You can do all sorts of things in this timeline.

  So... to create a new layer or follow the sequence/timeline, you MUST go to PrPro and add an 'adjustment layer. Click on the "new item" icon at the bottom right of the project Panel box; choose "new adjustment layer" and make it drag in your sequence, then space needed.

  Now... a little about works of the thing of layers in Adobe applications. The bottom layer in the Panel (bottom right of the screen) aspect sees your clip in its entirety. It's the ONLY one. You make some changes to this primary, then maybe create an another primary top for various changes. THIS primary only sees the output of primary underneath and affects the image that he is "submitted" upwards by this lower layer. Now do a upper secondary to that of say, to change some colors in a narrow band of senior middle tones.   I created a logo using Illustrator CS5 and must import it in a video sequence in Final Cut Pro 6.  The logo has a transparent background.  It seems that FCP 6 will import the files native .ai and .tiff files, but when I opened the 6 FCP, the alpha (transparent background) is no longer there; There is just the logo on a white background.  Y at - it a setting or a market I'm missing?

  I need to insert images of HAVE in Final Cut Pro and Motion quite frequently.

  The best way I found to get a picture of IN Final Cut is:

  1. Select / copy all objects in the doc to HAVE it.

  2. create a new file with a transparent background in Photoshop and paste.

  3 merge layers and make sure that the mode is RGB.

  4 save out as one. PNG or. PSD.

  5. drag the result in Final Cut (or movement).

  6 resize and position the result to taste.

  Attempt to export directly from... to PSD or. PNG is a wasted effort and the results are not even necessarily recognized by Final Cut.

  Yes, there are Photoshop and it's a few extra steps... but it works like a charm.

  In addition, when you create a new file in Photoshop, you can initially set its size that matches the aspect ratio of your video. For example, if you prepare a video HD, you could set the size of 1280 x 720 and position the elements GOT to where they are supposed to be in the frame. You can set the items HAVE precisely by cutting and pasting a picture of your video into Photoshop and positioning HAVE in place on another layer above the video layer. Delete the video layer before you save it as a. PNG or. PSD and it will appear in Final Cut exactly where it should be.

  I want to create a slideshow of my holiday photos.  I want to put a text box with the name of the place of the slide.  This means that different sidebars for different slides.  I just can't understand how I can handle this.  If I put a text box as it seems on al the slides.  If one just select several photos of the entire loading and adds text, it is still shown on all the photos in the slide show.

  You must assign the text to different images in the metadata fields (caption, title,...) of the images themselves (best done in the library module). Then, add a text box in your slide show, do not use "Custom Text", but the metadata field you entered the information. You can even use the text template editor (by choosing "change... ") to select different metadata fields as those presented in the list.

  You will have many choices to make, but CS5 has quick selection and refine edge, you're good to go.

  It's one of these 'ways to do' illustrations and none are necessarily better than others.  Whatever suites your style I guess.

  Can get you this? Filling head in layers are dependent order, (but you already knew that).  The upper layers are in front of the lower layers.  To clip the fill layers place the cursor on the join between the head and the first layer of fill, and Alt click.

  You must follow the steps below

  1. right click on the template project, select the new option

  2 Select the data control in the left hand side of the tab "All Technologies"

  4 Select "control of data from the Web Service" in the right side panel

  3. Enter the name of the data control (custom name)

  4. provide your WSDL to the URL https://crm-domain.oracleoutsourcing.com/foundationCustExtn/CrmCommonReferenceService?wsdl

  5. click Next, next if all methods to winow than wsdl, mix to the right and click Finish button

  6 refresh "data control" in your right side panel to request

  7 expand control of data and select only control data that you have already given

  8. then you can see the methods that comes from your wsdl.

  9. Select the method and expand it, you will get the return values

  10. drag and drop the return as a table value, you will get the af:table on the page
