  I have the same problem with a Jambox bluetooth device.

  It pairs very well w / a phone android and iOS devices... However it does not connect to my laptop running windows 7.  It fails due to an authentication failure and pairing code problem.  I looked all over these forums and responses of 'solution' drive me crazy because they are useless and do not address the real problem.  I don't need to enter the code on the device.  I need to enter it on my laptop but I can't find a place to do it.
  My laptop never asks me a code is not anywhere I can find to enter manually on my laptop. I already know the code for the device is 0000, but I have no way to get on my cell.

  This problem may occur either if the Bluetooth drivers are not installed properly, or they are corrupt.

  a. Click Start, type Device Manager in the start search box and press ENTER.

  b. in Device Manager, expand "Bluetooth."

  c. right-click on the Bluetooth device, then click on Uninstall.

  There is no way past the code pass without a working screen.

  You would need to go to Apple to have the screen replaced.

  Or otherwise, if you don't mind me renounce all support post warranty in the future for this phone, you can take it to a reputable independent repairer who will be able to disable the access code for you, so you can then back up and restore the backup (assuming that you will be able to select "approve this computer" on your damaged phone screen).

  You can also check out tutorials on this page for scrolling effects that can do some of the other effects you need. Without exactly knowing your use case it's hard to give specific advice.

  Basically if it is not covered undressed under the text, scrolling Effects tutorials or in a third party widget already made, then you will need to create it yourself using CSS.   Basically you must first create a sync (with address email and password) to a computer account (let's say your desktop).

  Once you have done that, switch to your laptop, in options > sync click on "Set up firefox sync" & "I have an account" in the next step. then come back on your desktop and in options > sync click "associate a device" and enter the code 3 x 4 digits that appears on your laptop and confirms. That should do it...
