  Looks like you're on windows 10, but after the upgrade is not changed the label of the hard drive.

  Type winver in the run box-press windows key + R box simultaneously.

  If the Windows 10 Build 10XXX State, you're on windows 10.

I can start the computer with linux and browse the folders. At the back of the lapto there is the cd key but not the version.

  I tried with a Windows home version found on the internet and it worked with the cd key on the back of the laptop.

  In AppsTier, change to the directory of "$IAS_ORACLE_HOME/config ' and check the contents of the file"ias.properties ". You will see a line starting with 'Version', see below, which will give you the exact version of the iAS.
