• Where the Panel CSS Designer DW CS6

  In my view, it must be a stupid question, but I can't find CSS panel Designer. I use Dreamweaer CS6.

  After searching tutorials, none of which told how to open it, I found a reference to Windows - CSS designer panel, but it is not here (nor in any of the other tabs).

  Please, I beg you - please - where can silly instructions I find; How can I open it?

  There is no designer CSS panel in CS6.  Which was not released until 2013 of CC.

  This is a new feature in Dreamweaver CC.

  I don't know what I did, but if I'm in the Code, Split, Design or Live view the CSS panel mode I anchored on the right do not minimize.  He is used to but no more.  I do not change explicitly all preferences. I know it is something simple, but for now, I am confused.

  Have you tried resetting the workspace in the application toolbar?

• How to have the backup CSS navigation for older browsers

  I'm on DW CS4 and I use an iMac intel. I just put a new CSS cool gradient on the my site navigation bar, and I know that I need a backup for older browsers that cannot display the CSS gradients.

  And I * thought * that simply by putting in solid background colors as a backup in the same chains of CSS would work for older browsers. But I don't get any result on IE 6 - I simply empty squares for navigation. The text is there fortunately, but this is all I get.

  Using Control Panel CSS designer, I try to choose a background image, I use little (Browse) folder icon and when I click on my Images folder, the window closes. Someone at - he achieve this?

  Just to add a little more information, this bug has been fixed internally, and will be available in the next version.

• Why the CSS designer box back is more a class specific for mounting when I click on the item name or design?

  Since the update to 2015 CC, when I click on a class name in the code (split mode) or click on an element highlighted on the design side, it is no longer automatically display in the box of CSS Designer.  I have to type the name of the class each time in order to find and change. Very cumbersome and time consuming!  Can someone help me get this working as it did in CC 2014?  Thank you very much.

  In Dreamweaver CC 2015, there are two buttons at the top of the Panel CSS Designer: all and current. Select the current button to view calculated for the current selection.

  Yesterday, I downloaded the trial version of Dreamweaver CC and have tried to use it. The Panel CSS designer, I cannot add properties to any element CSS fluid design. When I contacted Support they informed me that they do not support the evaluation version of the product. Looks like they just show me that the product does NOT work. They want to buy before getting assistance. Seems backwards to me. In any case is it possible to get this CSS designer panel to accept additional properties? A few gray stays out no matter what I do mine.

  One of the div tags created for example by the fluid layout. But I just quit Dreamweaver and rebooted and it now seems to work fine.

  I can't find the last Panel "CSS Design" that would have replaced the CSS Styles Panel in DW was last updated.  I have still that CSS styles?  Any suggestions?  I am Member creative cloud and according to the Director of enforcement, I have the latest version of Dw installed.

  There is no such thing in CS6. It will be only in CC, which won't be available before June 17.

  There is no way to update the version of perpetual license / DWCS6 drive to the creative cloud, they are two completely separate programs. There used to be a discount for the Creative Suite owners switch to CC, but that ship has sailed.

  In 2014 the CC, it should always be available by opening the window designer CSS > CSS designer to hit Ctrl + Alt + Shift + P and then however it probably isn't as fully functional Panel such as DWCS6.

  He has also removed completely new versions of the program and replaced with CSS designer.

  I've recently updated for DW CS5 until 2014. I noticed that the 2014 version doesn't have the possibility to make changes in the CSS properties using CSS designer. In DW CS5, I could easily change CSS properties in the CSS box. Now with 2014, I must open the CSS page and manually enter the values in the code for the line. This seems to be a huge step backward. On that note, since 2014 shows the CSS style tags element in Design view, it would be great if you can click on them to go directly to the Properties menu. This function, as it is now, is a bit useless. I hope that Adobe makes it easy access to the CSS on the next version of the software.

  Personally, I find manually adding the code in the .css file to be much faster than the CSS panel or the new CSS designer, but you can certainly add/edit css to use. I wouldn't call it worthless until you are faster to manually code than to make selections in the menus of many however in the designer.

  You need not open the file .css separately. You can click on the name of the .css file in the bar of dependent files at the top of your document that the css is attached, to view its source code and make changes there.

  I'm on a MAC OS X Yosemite on Dreamweaver CC. I created a site that has 2 style sheets. The original Bootstrap CSS and the one I created. For some reason any when I try to select tags in your CSS or same Bootstrap, it does ' t work. I can't select it.   CSS designer was not introduced before a later version of the program (PCOC I think), it is not available in DWCS6.
