  Well, before you try the method that tells you, I used the HP Recovery Manager tool to reset my windows and the software to its factory settings and fortunately it worked.   If you downloaded the installer FatWire Content Server 7.5 of edelivery.oracle.com then you don't need a license file. If it is an older installer, not provided by Oracle, then probably need a license file. In this case, the installer will ask you the location of the license file. See Doc ID 1439204.1 on how to obtain a license file.

  Is the same for your installation of the rollup FatWire Content Server 7.6 program: if it's from Oracle, you don't need a license for her file, but if it's an older one, you might need (even if you have installed everything first version 7.5 provided by Oracle).
