I hope that this 'Info' is perhaps useful to those who are trying to re - install the WINDOWS 7 O.S. of the 8RT.  A lot of trials and mistakes were made, and I found it works well for me because I've tried the suggested install from the OLD Win but I found that there are some Win.old 2 and 3 on my Toshiba Lap Top.
