  I am totally unable to download acrobat reader. I bought a new laptop HP running windows 64 bits 10 and I am unable to get acrobat to load in any version or on any browser.   Please try to run the cleanup tool "Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs" on your machine to remove all traces of the reader.

  Then, restart your machine and install the latest version of the player from here:
