Recently watched category gone - Netflix

I use Netflix player BluRay Sony (model BDP-BX57), all of a sudden my recently watched category disappeared. I called customer support Neflix, they tell me that it is the company that makes the device to maintain and update the module of Netflix. Control the Co of Netflix in any way the standard, the manufacturer of the device can do what ever he likes.

Now what's a good thing to remove the recently watched category? Who wants to scroll through thousands of movies to find a show, you started the other day and today me the consumer now wants to end. I don't have the time to scroll and search.

I would like to have the category "recently viewed" restored.

I bought several Sony products over the years. I hope that Sony cares about its consumers.
Please fix.

  • I can't watch videos from Netflix, YouTube. Firefox updated itself and I had problems of hue. Flash is updated to 16.0 but it turns off. I use a windows 8

    Flash 11.9 needed to be updated so I did and now have 16.0 but the 11.9 is still in my Add ons and continues to turn on say it needs an update and has been blocked. The 16.0 turns off even if I am constantly turning on and off the 11.9. I have no option to delete each plugin despite all the 'help' in the guides online. I get a blank screen on Netflix, its success and miss out on Youtube (depending on if 16.0 has not extinguished itself again) and I can't watch half videos posted on Facebook. It's extremely frustrating and yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled sliver with no change in the situation.

    If you use extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) which can block content (e.g., Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that these extensions are not blocking content.

    Starting this week (and I do not know what past except perhaps my update to the latest version of Firefox), I can watch more videos on Netflix is using Firefox on my Windows 7 PC.

    I use Firefox 30.0 and Silverlight 5.1.30214.0 and under modules I set to always enable Silverlight. I also deleted cache and cookies because I saw this as a troubleshooting option.

    The most unusual thing is, I get no error message, just a WHITE screen empty. When I click on a movie on Netflix.com to watch, it brings up a blank white screen with a small gray square teeny centered at the top of the screen and the weirdest part is that the AUDIO of the film works... so I HEAR everything, but don't see anything. I have tried several different programs of television and movies, and in this case for all.

    Meanwhile, on the same PC, at the same time, I'm still able to watch movies on Netflix by using Internet Explorer (I have version 10 - something). But I prefer Firefox. Hoping someone can help solve this mystery!

  • Netflix BDVN790W question/auto logout

    OK, so I got the system of House BDVN790W cinema for a while now without any problems.  Recently, I connected to Netflix and tried to watch a movie.  When I started the original buffer, it comes to the "Home screen", out me of Netflix.  It doesn't really bother me that much except that my Netflix login information are not put in cache/memory.  I have to go with the distance every.single.time.  I had to do it 3 times just to watch anything at all.  I have lost over 15 minutes, just try to make the film.

    I called customer service and the individual that I talked to was distraught and less well informed of the problem as me.

    I tried the things:

    -Unregister the device through Netflix using up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, upward, upward, upward, upward.

    -Disconnect the power supply for 15 seconds.

    -Factory reset (this doenst work.  The factory reset freezes up and will not be finisih, leading me to believe that my camera is somehow screwed up.)

    -Reset network and re - connect to my router.

    If anyone has a solution I would be extremely grateful.  I'm at the point where it is also a disadvantage that I can end up buying a separate device for streaming.

    I had the same problem. I spent 50 minutes on hold and with a customer service representative who was also distraught. He hung up on me when I asked to speak to a Manager.  There must be a problem with Sony because I don't have the paper in question with my laptop or tablet.

    In addition, I had the same factory, set questions again and I realized that you can re - define each specific item and will not freeze the system but he has not planned the question.

    Under filters for Tb shows < myid > @illinois.edu > and local folders. I place all my filters on the imap server. My strategy is to filter special categories in local folders and then to match all the (remaining) messages and send them to my local Inbox. For example, if a message contains the text 'Julie-list' in the subject line, it is moved from the server to the JULIE folder in local folders. The last operation moves all remaining messages in the Inbox.

    This system worked properly for a long time, but recently, things have gone wrong, and I don't know exactly what is happening. For example, frequently (maybe always), at least a message for JULIE file also gets copied into my box of reception and sometimes several. If duplicate messages were unique instead, I suspect a timing issue; for example, messages to see Julie-arriving after JULIE filter ended. However, the messages in the Inbox are exact copies of those already placed in the JULIE folder.

    I'm not sure just how the filters work. Here is an overview of the relevant elements of the filters:

    I think that the filter "Matches all messages" was the culprit. I see now that it was superfluous, and things seem to be back to normal. Problem solved.
