  To edit/change you need another program like free PDF Editor: http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Business/MS_Office_Add-ins/Free_PDF_Editor.html.  You can also download the free OpenOffice Suite 3.2 http://www.openoffice.org/ which is capable to download and work with PDF files (via the writer program).  The good thing about OpenOffice is that you can then save the file in another format which CAN be read and used by Microsoft Works or Notepad (even though it may look very different without the features of PDF).  OpenOffice is very similar to Microsoft Office and most of the people who do not want to pay for Microsoft Office get OpenOffice instead because it is by far the best alternative (and some say that it is even better - although I don't agree with that).

  Just update you 13 windows 7 items... I sat until midnight and found the program data and ended up finding the catalog. I deleted the catalog now. and uninstalled items 13. I hope that when I reinstall it will be like new, and I can go back again. I had messed up I saw when viewing the photos in the media, it was media files and thought they shouldn't be there so I deleted them. Maybe thinking about now I get an error. Before, I made a slideshow with the media from the drive. I just started using elements 13 I used windows live previously for videos. Can you let me know also what photoshop elements or first, you use the most.  Also if I import video files in why do I see them I think of thumbnails. That's where I went wrong and thinking, they shouldn't be here. I brought a few books and trying to go through the learning process. What camera do you use?  Many questions sorry.   As Manu said, WHERE only works on a query.
  You can base a query relative to the double, like this:

  INSERT INTO
  tdc_imarspc (ANUMBER,     EMF_ID,     PRODUCT)

  FROM         dual
  WHERE          anumber      NOT LIKE '1234567';
  

  Of course, you can use a literal, such as "1234567" in both places where I used the variable binding, but if you do not use a variable, why would you?
  You could also put all the literals in a subquery (duplicate), and column names of reference in the WHERE clause LIKE THIS:
