  Go to file > process several files. In the dialog box, under 'Labels', select watermark from the menu drop down. You can customize the text (position, police, color, etc.), here.

  I'm curious to know why you want to avoid having a VerticalFieldManager? It's a standard way of BlackBerry to arrange fields and managers vertically. He respects the flags of horizontal alignment (FIELD_LEFT, FIELD_HCENTER and FIELD_RIGHT) for "children" and does not take into account all verticals (naturally!).

  It also respects the margins of fields, which is a huge advantage - you just put properly and let the BlackBerry primitives to take care of the presentation of the screen for you. Don't try to reinvent the wheel - channel your time and energy into the functional parts of your application.

However, when I try to place text in a column, the text does not align with the edge of the column and instead of it, is placed in a large text box that spans the width of the page. How can I make text go in one of the columns? Is there a setting that I need to have chosen?

  Use the selection tools to select a section of the peace sign and save the selection.

  Here, I selected a section using a combination of the Polygonal (straight walls) Lasso and magnetic Lasso (curved edges).

  

  1. open the image to put in this section... Select it (select > all) and copy it to the Clipboard (Edit > copy).

  2 turn on the image of the sign of peace and paste it to the Clipboard (Edition > paste). The image will be placed on a new layer with transparent background.

  3 resize and rotate the image to mount anywhere in this section. It might help to reduce the opacity of the layer to see the outline of the section.

  First of all keep in mind the index itself can be assigned to a specific tablespace, but it's really irrelevant what the index itself does not store. It's the underlying tables to index such as DR$ indexname$ I,... $R, $X etc which occupy space and these can be assigned to specific storage using a [preference STORAGE | http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/text.111/b28304/cdatadic.htm#i1008935].

  The fact that you are using a data user store makes no difference: it is the same for all types of data store.

  In Photoshop CC, you can click and drag the tool move to select more than one layer.  But sticky selection seems to be a novelty.

  In the attached screenshot, you can see that I have selected several layers of a graphic illustration.  Marquee of the move (not to be confused with the pixel-selection) tool is liked to touch these layers, but they remain selected.  Suppose that I have selected some of these layers accidentally: when I move the marquee away unwanted layers, I want than Photoshop to deselect them.  I don't want to restart a selection each time that my wrist shaking during the selection process.

  I realize that there are several ways to select layers.  I'm not looking for alternative solutions.  No sticky home or go.

  I am under Photoshop CC (2015.0.0 version) on OSX 10.11.5.

  

  It is in the upper left corner of your screen capture: Uncheck self-select layers.

  After validating the text you need to click on the path with the type tool (for example next to your first letter), and then by holding down the ctrl key should work.

  Unfortunately, the pen tool is only in full Photoshop, not in any version of the EP. The closest is the text on the custom path tool, which has a kind of rudimentary pen tool to create the path where you want to place the text.

  There are two solutions:

  (1) you could be formatted every paragraph with formatting marks that you know doesn't exist anywhere else. In this way, each textStyleRange is guaranteed to end at the end of the paragraph.

  (2) you can access the entire first paragraph: myTextStyleRange.paragraphs [0]. I have not tested, but no doubt it works. You could also do a loop: paraLength = myTextStyleRange.paragraphs.length; for (i = 0; i< paralength;="" i++);="" mypara="myTextStyleRange.paragraphs[i];}">
