  Condition you use both Mac or Windows, then you will be fine.

  You are allowed to have two facilities enabled, so if you wait for the week to get their attention, you can install and activate as long that you had only activation one used so far.  When they reset the activations you can reactivate again later (or turn off the new one yourself before chatting with them).

  If the original owner has officially transferred the license for the software, the key / registration is probably still by its owner in his account of Adobe, and you have no right to use it, nor reinstall it on any machine you are owner, including the one you received.  It will be the responsibility of your friend (s) to deal with this.

  If the software is installed with an opportunity machine that was purchased, the software is not for you unless that seller officially transferred ownership of the procedure defined in the information below.

  You can try to uninstall and reinstall the Creative Suite 6, also if you have any creative cloud apps installed remove them thus:

  I had a Master CS6 Collection activated for free at my school, and now that I have a new laptop and you have disabled the old laptop, I can't download CS6.  I click on "more information" through clouds of adobe creative and try this said the community help page, when you select a field from the drop-down list and select cs6 instead of CC, but there is no such field. I have attached a picture as proof of what I see.  I am running internet explore.

  Thank you, thank you. The log file showed that there was a problem creating directories. I run install from the disk, not a virtual drive, that solved the problem. I'm sorry that I did not find the log files earlier.

  I am freelance pro and educator. I currently have (and installed) a comprehensive package of CS6 Web & Design Premium I will teach After Effects in the fall (which is NOT part of the Web package & Design). I recently bought the CS6 Master Collection version of the educator. I'm not quite sure of how to install the new Master Collection, since this is the limited version of the educator. Should I keep the complete collection of Web & Design using the current license complete and then install After Effects by itself using the license of the educator? Causing conflicts? OR should I uninstall the Web & Design and do a full install of the version of the educator of the CS6 Master Collection?

  You see, the conflict for me is I'm doing professional, paid work, mainly with Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.

  You can continue to use your Design and Web premium.

  And for After Effects, you can just install After Effects of the Master Collection.

  When you start the installation, you will get the options to choose what you want to install applications, where you can choose to After Effects and installation to educational assistance of license you have.

  With this, there will be no conflict.

  I am trying to create a new custom image to deploy on all our computers in our school. We create our image using a virtual machine, hyper v and then use MDT to capture and WDS to deploy. The first step in our process is to ensure that all windows updates are installed before you begin installing third-party programs. When I try to install our CS6 Master Collection package (created using AAMME) a window appears with the title "Please wait while windows configures"package name"" and "Collecting information" content and a loading bar. The loading bar will go through once and then come to halfway, and then reverses. I checked in "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files" for the Setup logs, but there are not.

  A little more information. When I try to install our package before the updates it does not work. This is until the updates are installed, it will seem to start installation then "reverse."

  The way we have circumvented this problem was to launch a prompt as an administrator and then run the AAMME package in the folder of generation.
