  You can activate subscription creative cloud on 2 computers.

  If you could not disable previous computer due to the failure of the system / disk crash.

  You will not face any question during activation on 2' nd computer.

  However, when you try to activate on a 3' computer rd, you will get a pop-up notification that "Maximum of Activation limit exceeded", product has been activated on computer 2 already.

  Note:

  In the same window pop up, look for the option "disconnect all computers.

  Select the option and to proceed with the activation process.

  This does not alter the CC of the computer apps, it will be a few signs on the activation of the previous computers.

  I managed to solve this problem with the last solution.  Essentially, it was a file that it be removed from your library.  This solves the problem immediately and I download the apps very well.

  If you're on Lion you will not be able to see your files in the library, then go to the Finder, click GO all holding the key pressed Alt and it should appear as an option.
