How to reposition a Web page to the left instead of to the right where I can't access reduce, enlarge or close?

The far-right has a column of "gadgets". It wasn't a problem until yesterday. Google Chrome has begun to open to the far right taking away my access to the above and the scroll bar. I got this calculation at least 2 years.

You can still use the taskbar window menus, for example via right click; If you don't even see a window to fight against it.   Also, even if you don't you can probably even control it via the keyboard when you know you have the keyboard focus. for example, press Alt + Tab to find and press Alt-space, to see its menu of the window.  Alternatively, you could minimize all but the window problem, e.g. Press Win - D, restore the problem (using the button on the bar or tasks by pressing Alt - Tab to find), and then use the command of the Cascade windows taskbar (for example with right-click an empty area on the toolbar using this option).

BTW this is not really the right place to be looking for help with your Windows username interface.   ; )
