  (1) - what do you mean you have only 1 user account?

  When you set up Windows, you will need to create a user account. This account is an administrator account to allow you to set up your computer and install any programs that you want to use. And that's why the user account you are using is the administrator account.

  There is no way that you can create an administrator account, or by using a Standard account.

  (2) are you having issues during installation of the software or opening it?

  (3) what exactly happens when you try to open the software application?

  (4) should be codes error or error messages, if any?

  (5) what software are you trying to install or open?

  Your photos must be stored on your disk. If I recall Starter is a database system, so just the thumbnail and its changes are stored in the database with a link to the original image.

  Your photos are just files on your hard drive. everywhere where they were imported to them will be accessible, by default in your "My images/Adobe" folder in your user files. If you know the exact name of the file at least 1, you can of course just use the search function of your operating system...

• Cannot open maps recorded in Digital Image Starter Edition 2006.

  I used to do and record cards using this standard edion but then I downloaded the 2006 starter edition, the display message say that delete the standard edition, but it could be reinstalled later if necessary.

  This new edition did not card so I ran the system restore to go back like before.

  But now I can't open my cards stored in the standard edition. By clicking on the icon of the standard desktop edition tells me that it can not be found I can't use these cards and I don't see how to get the standard edition on my PC can anyone help?

  Using the system restore to restore a program installation/upgrade is not really a good idea - it is usually the path of last resort.
  Try to reinstall the version Standard edition you should have a CD - the original installer, which could put things for you.
