How to test my application of ADF mobile browser on Android emulator?

Hello

I created a Mobile browser app. Could someone tell me please how to test on the Android emulator?

I read the information on downloading and configuring (Blackberry) simulators and emulators (Microsoft Windows) to browser Mobile ADF in 'Running Mobile Device simulators with JDeveloper and ADF Mobile'. However they mention no details on downloading and configuring "* Android emulators." Could someone help me please in the present.

Concerning
Raja

If you want to test the browser applications Mobile ADF (those built with components of the Trinity) - then you run your application in the JDev, copy the URL and open in the browser, which is part of the Android emulator.

If you want to test ADF Mobile apps - you deploy to the emulator, and then start the application like this:

    Yes.

    Trinidad is all correct and documented components to use. They are almost exactly the same as the ADF Faces 10.1.3.x ones.

  • BlackBerry smartphone how to download the manual from a mobile browser?

    Hi, I have a simple question, how can I download pdf mamual, ideally in Czech language on my mobile phone using my mobile browser? Can someone give me a step by step tutorial?  When you go to the Blackberry web using the mobile browser, I see a mobile version of web sites and there is no way how to upgrade to version full... Thanks for help Dan

    I finally found a way how to enter the manual section for a mobile browser. The only way I've found is to hack the browser and change the user agent string, then the server will think that I use the regular desktop browser... In this regard, I would like to say that it is more useful to say that something is not possible rather than say nothing. This would save me a lot of time and frustration trying to figure out how to do this. In my view, there is planty space for improvement on your mobile web pages...

  • ADF Mobile browser - deployed on standalone?

    Hi all

    11.1.2 Jdev

    I created a very basic application view a merger mvc. I followed a couple of tutorials for mobile browser application and can successfully deploy and run this application to the built-in WLS.

    I then deploy my application to a standalone WLS who has been patched with Sherman a few months ago. The application deploys very well, however I can't seem to access it.

    I can access a normal JSF page through the default ViewController via the following link:

    http://111.111.111:7103/mobile-ViewController-context-root/faces/main.JSF

    but in the draft of the Mobile display:

    ttp://111.111.111:7103 / mobile-ViewControllerMobile-context-root/faces/hand. JSF

    The link is not found. It's almost as if this project is not deployed to stand alone?

    Not quite sure where I am mistaken here. The only change to the address of the WLS integrated into the standalone version is the area and the port.

    Y at - it need software updates? I guess not here and also to switch my problem is an issue - but have spent hours trying different combinations of links.

  • How to install my application unedited in the browser

    I submitted my application to the market and it is not yet noted. I want to install it on my Android device via browser and when I'm connected, I can see my page of the application. When I hit the button 'install', spinner runs and then stops. Nothing happens and the application does not appear to be installed.

    Hi nournia,

    It is more than one end user support forum, so I'm not sure that a lot of people here are best placed to answer the questions on the presentation of applications on the market.

    The best thing would probably be to connect to the app evaluation team # via IRC. Then you can chat directly with them and get answers to your questions.

    See here for more information on how to connect to IRC: https://wiki.mozilla.org/IRC

    Alternatively you can send an email: [email protected]

  • ADF Mobile Browser: problem with rowSelection = property 'Single '.

    Hi all

    I use jdev 11.1.1.5.0 version.

    I'm setting up browser mobile ADF application. in my case, I created two pages jsp (pronounced on mobile). on the first page, I slipped master vo and on the second page I drag detail vo.

    and rowSelection value = "Single" another property in VO. master so when the user select table main line radio button, and then click the order link go to the details page and vo display detail record according to master vo.

      <tr:table value="#{bindings.PayDepartmentView1.collectionModel}"
                      var="row" rows="#{bindings.PayDepartmentView1.rangeSize}"
                      emptyText="#{bindings.PayDepartmentView1.viewable ? 'No data to display.' : 'Access Denied.'}"
                      width="100%" horizontalGridVisible="false"
                      selectionListener="#{bindings.PayDepartmentView1.collectionModel. makeCurrent}"
                      rowSelection="single">

              <tr:column sortProperty="Name" sortable="false"
                         headerText="#{bindings.PayDepartmentView1.hints.Name.label}" width="100%">
                         <tr:panelGroupLayout layout="vertical">
                <tr:commandLink text="#{row.bindings.Name.inputValue}" styleClass="af_m_listingLink"
                                action="#{mobbean.chngDept}"
                                actionListener="#{mobbean.chngdeptlistener}"/>
                </tr:panelGroupLayout>

              </tr:column>
            </tr:table>

    but the problem is that I don't want radio button for selecting rows.

    If I disassembled rowSelection property box option is hide but not selected table then. and detail table show always record according to the first row of the table.

    Thank you

    Manish

    You don't need to display the key of the fields in the table, but do not add to your links page so that they are accessible - so you can reference them in your link. If you use a composite key, you may need to use the setCurrentRowWithKey instead of KeyValue #{row.rowKeyStr}

    See the section on the setCurrentRowWithKey here: Application Module Databinding tips and Techniques

  • [HELP] How to install an application for iPhone to PC for Android (new user).

    Hello guys.

    I just started to use IOS 2 days after using Android for years. I have a question related to the installation of an application on IOS 9.3.2 I found on the App Store on my PC. I tried to tinker with the app on iTunes 12 who installed on my PC but I'm frustrated to put an end to this topic. Because I couldn't find the application on the App Store on my iPhone, so how could I install directly on my PC? Could you show me the installation details please. I enjoyed. Thank you.

    Here is the link to the application: https://itunes.apple.com/vn/app/tu-dien-anh-viet-offline-tflat/id591049834?l=vi

    If you have discovered an app in the App Store in iTunes on your PC, you can purchase/download the app here and then sync them to your iPhone after you connect the iPhone to the computer and iTunes. Don't know what that exactly you're talking about when you say you tried to tinker with the application, as applications purchased on iTunes will not run on the computer. They are just downloaded on iTunes to manage for all of your iOS devices. Since find you it in iTunes on the computer, I don't know why you can't find it in the App Store on the iPhone, unless you use a store from a different country on one of the devices.

    You will need to provide additional information to resolve this further.

  • How can I make Firefox (9) the default browser for Android (2.3.4) on a Motorola Bionic (5.5.893.XT875)?

    Several suggestions online (for example, through the Manage Applications-All-Browser, or the settings of Firefox) have not worked. Browser 'faults clear"is grayed out, probably because there is no set of default values, and I've yet to find how to put everything. Firefox has no button 'Settings' and 'Website Options' or 'Préférences' means making FF by default. Whenever I click on a link, FF appears as an option, however, and it works fine.

    You need get the Actions dialogue box to appear and check the use as default action at the bottom of the list. One of the common ways for this to appear is to follow a link to a program of e-mail or a social network like Facebook or Twitter application.

  • How to develop and test the application mobile flex without the real device?

    I'm trying to read some information about it, but decided to ask also here.

    I have a project that has a company wants to grow me, it's for iPad. That's ok I am with Flex and the framework for web development, but not for mobile. Why? Because I have no idea how to test my application. I know generation ago it sort of the desktop version of the application with the change of the "back" button on the orientation stuff, but how do I know my application will look and work exactly the same (I mean NOT performance here). I mean you know how every android or iOS device have their native keyboard or native video player for example and I have only in the debug version of the application.

    The question is how to develop this application based on the desktop emulator or anything and then hope that my app looks and works on a device, as it should... Of course I can't afford to buy all the devices it is just to be able to test on it if necessary? So, how do you, how to test how my iPad app works on a device without a? I know I should get a licence from iOS dev to be able to package the app for iOS, but it's $ 99 per year or something like that I can handle, but how to test my application without having to buy the darn device? Are there any emulator for iPad or something like that I know what my customers will see when they get the application? One of my friends told me that the mac os x use the developers a tool - cause some kit of dev who has emulators for all iOS devices and you can build and test there immediately and that you can simulate virtually any combination of key for example, and he said he's working and seems to 1:1 as the real device but he didn't know if can I export an AIR application and try it like this, he only knew for app written in native code.

    If someone can just tell me how should I do this? Should I buy a mac os x computer laptop to test because I am a user of windows 7, or perhaps create a mac os x virtual machine and tests out there or maybe the only option is to actually buy the device... that would be terrible for a freelancer...

    I hope someone can save the day here! Thank you.

    F

    Since the AIR for iOS applications are compiled to ARM code you will not be able to run on iOS emulators running on Mac OSX.

    You can do a very simple test with the "Simulator" built into Flash Builder, but it is not much more than a window to AIR with a window size that matches the resolution of the selected iOS device.  When running in the simulator of the application is not compiled to ARM code so it will take a completely different code path than what will be the final release of iOS.

    Ultimately if you are developing for iOS with AIR nothing but for tests on real iOS devices.

  • ADF Mobile: give application to another person for iOS

    I am building an iOS application using ADF Mobile. My friend another is in a remote location.
    For android, I can easily create an apk and send it for him but for iOS while creating a configuration profile it ask for the device id. So, looks like I can't do the same in the case of iOS for him to see and test on his device.
    is that correct or I missed something?

    so once I have provide it then the profile will be just on my phone. How my friend will be able to get the app on the phone even with the source code? used to another license?

    Your friend must save his camera as well (with Apple) before it can deploy in its device.
    If you need basically to do the same process you did.
