  What if all you want in the file corresponds to the values of Y, then a text file with a value on each line can be read. Read from a usable spreadsheet file. It will return a 2D you can then use array index to get a column or if you select Transpose, the array returned by 1 d would be used.

  If you want to create an example, use a 1-d array constant in a VI and pass it to the writing on a spreadsheet file.

  Hello

  You can create a parameter and give % as default. If you set the condition to use AS and when the default is used for the parameter, then the query contains LIKE '%' and everything is selected.

  If you are using a list of values with your parameter, then you must add the '%' to your list of values so that the user can select this value.

  However, this method will not work if some values in your database contains characters of percentage, because the condition LIKE 'ABC DEF %' will return as well as ABC % DEF ABCXYZDEF.

  Unfortunately like escape syntax is not available in discoverer, so you have to invent a value that the user can enter for all, for example ALL the default value for the parameter.

  Then use a similar State to:

  question LIKE: param OR item = DECODE (: param,'* ALL *', item)

It seems incremental settings on Panel (BNC-2090) different records between, say, ai1 and ai9. I don't want that because I want to record the difference between the two wires that are connected to the ai1.

  Who said that a differential signal is connected to two different BNC? You need to look at the manual? The diagram in figure 2-2 is quite clear on the connections on the way in which the shield is connected in differential mode.

  I work on a PXI-6115 DAQ card and want to using the analog signal to trigger the counter it's generating frequency pulses. The manual says the analog trigger is supported, but I can't use an analog signal to trigger the start of work, in the test, I use the counter 0 to generate pulses and use the signal input port analog trigger PFI 0, can someone tell me what it is?   If you read the error you can see digital triggers are the available trigger only when you use the output of the counter.

  You can work around this by setting up a dummy analog input task which will trigger an internal digital triggering when he sees the right analog trigger.

  Hi all, I use a PCI 6221 with LabVIEW 2010 (no add-on) with the CB-68LPR connection block and I want to use an input signal analog of voltage of between 0 V and 5 V of an LDR to change the brightness of an LED, so I can maintain a stable lighting for a webcam capture feature level image and treatment system.

  I can get the analog input voltage of the LDR (set up as a voltage divider circuit) using the DAQ assistant, via the channel of Ain 0 on the use of pins 68 (AI.0), 67 (AI GND) and 14 (+ 5 V) and write it in a graphic and digital display but I don't know how to write the value to a PIN that can be used for PWM I think assistance from pine 40 PFI 13 P2.5 and a digital (GND pin 13).

  I looked at the example of code that was written to produce a PWM signal, but these programs don't signal to a device/circuit, they are just "nothing stuff" that the PWM signal to a graph.

  Can someone help me or direct me to tutorials/code examples which are of real-world applications?

  PWM can be done in DAQmx using a task of the meter output.

  I think that example 'PWM-Counter Output.vi' goes quite a long way to do want you want I think. It is located in the LabVIEW examples of shipping.

  Create two signals and make a table with them.  Use DAQmx Create Virtual Channel to create two channels.  First waveform will be sent to the first string, second waveform on the second channel.

  I understand not all as calendar, clock frequency, amplitude, trigger and other parameters.  You can add these things.  This is just a basic example.

  I'm trying to figure out how to use my channel of analog input on the USB-6009 case for start/stop (reference trigger and start) presented to the second analog input channel samples.

  I need the first analog input string to operate continuously and control sampling on the second.  When the second channel will start sampling program brings a new graph each time and saves it (I have all this that figure out).

  How can I configure the trigger so the lance program presented in for the second channel when the 1 channel reached above 2V (e.g.) and stop when it falls below 2V.

  I use a pressure force sensor on the first channel that gives me straight (up to) 5 V when it is pressed and nothing when it is not...
