  How have you tried to install the graphics driver and what graphics driver you tried to install?
  You must use the on the Toshiba page.

  I recommend you to first download the graphics driver.
  Then go to Device Manager and remove (uninstall) the graphics card in the system.
  After restarting again the OS should automatically find the new device and ask start the installation.

  In this case, you must follow the installation procedure and install the new driver downloaded.

  My Inspiron 17R has serious problems with graphics drivers. I am running Windows 8.1. With the driver from the Dell website, it will just switch to the AMD graphics card, any game I try with a terrible execution.

  I tried the following drivers from AMD:

  14.4 - graphical glitches, but breaks sleep switch

  13.11 - glitches, stop work, sleep works when close/open the laptop, but sleep does not work when he sleeps because the computer is idle

  13.9 - bugs graphics sleep switch, but after have turned off, the next time that the machine starts it will blue screen with VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR, but it will start at the end after a reboot

  It seems rather shameful that Dells own driver is completely useless? Someone at - there a work around for this, or Dell are working on a fix?

  OK, what I'm going to do, is to install win XP on my PC laptop Toshiba L350! I am clear on all of the information, how to install and all as well!

  My question is about the PILOT VIDEO! My friend installed win XP on his laptop, the same, but with 16 "display! everything is functional and ok! but he could not find a video driver.
  Laptop has the version of the driver Mobile Intel (r) 965 Express Chipset Family 7.14.10.1329, which has been updated to 2007-09-13 :) it is vista driver!

  I tried to update via windows, but he see for me that this driver is the best for me: D ok! so my question is.   On the Toshiba site, I can find a newer driver for Windows XP for the Satellite L350, version 14.29.1.4833.

  My Satellite L300-135 a OS Vista Home premium 32-bit, and there was this game where there was some polygons and triangles everywhere in the characters and environment that I'm sure there's a graphics driver issue.

  So I wanted to get the latest updates for my graphic chipset 965 GM but graphic driver or the intel support/download page and neither windows vista Update Center showed relevant any driver I can get that they were all for Windows 7, XP or vista 64-bit!

  I have the 7.14.10.1329 version at the moment so where can I get the latest version of driver for 32-bit vista?

  If you could not find on the intel ' download page, this means that there is not. So, you have to wait when he will be released.
  Alternatively, you can try a software genius driver, scanner driver, magician of pilot to look for. If it is available, it will download it.
  To be honest, I don't think that the driver update may solve your problem.

• Pavilion dv6: graphic driver problems

  I recently updated my graphics drivers on the AMD website, which I did not know that at the time, did not fully support the laptop itself. After having done that, I had a problem with playback of videos where in certain circumstances the video would be black but audio would play again.   I installed the first upgrade of the video driver from Windows update (WDDM 1.2 02/11/2013 9.12.8.0)
  and it works well.

  Lately on windows update has been released a new driver (Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Graphics)
  Adapter WDDM1.3 - AMD Radeon HD 7500/7600 Series)
  I tried to update the driver but when windows restarts it does not load the driver and restore the old.

  I tried to manually uninstall the driver and updated, but it fails.

  Any help on this would be much appreciated.

  To be honest I m not very well why the autopilot GPU update could not complete successfully, but I guess that the update is not out for the AMD Radeon HD7610M, which is built into the laptop.

  I also read a discussion on this issue in the Microsoft forum, and it seems that there are other people having exactly the same problem with this update.

  I have a Toshiba S5100 201, which worked well and the very annoying problem with the Nvidia graphics driver. After a lot of research on the web, it seems that a solution to the problem was not found. If anyone has had better luck than me, please post a message.

  When you report the error to Microsoft an automatic answer States that there are no defects reported, so is no solution. I searched on the Toshiba site and they only have the original driver since 2002.

  There are many messages about graphics issues with my particular model and several other models of Toshiba but not a word of Toshiba or Nvidia on the subject. This problem means that I have to stop and restart several times, and often it packs just straight up without notice.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated - Toshiba and Nvidia are also included in this request.

  PS I tried a few drivers and am currently using GeForce 4 440

  Usually, you should always use the graphics driver Toshiba because these drivers are designed for the use of the laptop. The NVIDIA graphics driver, you can use on the desktop.
  Well, I found on the download from Toshiba site an update of the display version 28.46 driver. I put t know if you tried, but please check.
  In addition you can also consult other Toshiba laptops with the same graphic card if there is a newer version of the graphics driver.

  But I m not 100% sure if it s graphic driver problem. Have you checked if the recovery procedure can solve this problem? If this isn't the case, then well, I think you should also check this possibility.

• Pavilion dv7 4060us: dv7 4060us graphics driver under Win 10

  I may be beating a dead here horse I did a bit of research on this issue, but I thought I would try once more on the HP forums.

  I have a good Pavilion dv7 4060us I use to transport my QuickBooks files and inventory with me at the customer site, or when I'm away from the office. I bought it in 2010-2011 because of its performance and price point. The fact that it is a mobile entertainment isn't really the problem. By that I mean I played a DVD or two on it, but that is not its primary mission.

  Having said all that, I, as a Microsoft Insider (aren't we all?) I tried Win 10 since last October. I have five other computers in my company to update to Win 10 very well. Desktop computers.

  But, and I knew better, I leave my dv7 update win 10 home (Win 7 Home) update the graphics drivers under Win 10 HP, even tho ' the review date seems to be August 5 (or 8) 2015, seems to not work. The laptop uses generic LCD drivers from Microsoft. Not the end of the world, but I wonder if anyone has found a way to resolve this display problem. I see that wil HP does not support for this combination hybrid AMD card (5650/4250 HD). I used the Compatibility Mode in the past with some success. In any case, this post was long enough... I can roll it back to Win 7 Home, but I really don't like the appearance of this computer entertainment.

  Any thoughts, or should I just shut up and go away?

  I appreciate your concern for my situation, thank you. I did all of this, including finding a compatible driver supposedly this material on the website of AMD. When I looked at AMD site this month / last month, they said that they will not only support the material under Win 10 (said the same HP, actually, but I'm stubborn). Imagine my surprise when I found that the site would allow me to download a driver today for the HD 5650/4200 under Win 10 64-bit. But it doesn't install properly, be and gives me the same dialog box: No. AMC graphics driver is currently installed or it is not working properly.

  Maybe I'm not fluent in the AMD/ATI products and update I'm with nVidia graphics, I use in my other machines without any problem.

  In any case, I thank everybody help, but I spent too much time on this question; I'm done. I can use the 4060 as it is. Former systems engineer, I felt sure I could fix it but apparently not. In any case, no worries and thank you!
