  • Video driver ATI for Windows 8 on HP DV6 3010sq - where?

Hello, I have a big problem with video drivers on HP dv6 notebook 3010SQ - upgrade of Windows 8. I called HP Romania and had no idea of any problem of incompatibility with the new operating system at the time of purchase. Now there is no video drivers ATI for Windows 8. Official website of the manufacturer of the video card in question, tells me to contact the manufacturer to resolve the problem. Solutions? Assume that if this does not resolve the problem, we have invested in this unnecessary update...

I took a peek at the software and drivers available on the portal of HP support for your laptop.

As you have also discovered, Windows 8 pilots are not present.

I looked at the document web site HP Windows 8 limitations\issues pre-staged at level.

According to the review of this web document, your laptop has not been tested by HP with Windows 8.

This means that HP is unable to provide instructions to upgrade or Windows 8 pilots. If you try to update, you may lose some basic functionality & stability. This is what you are currently facing.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is the reason why you are having problems with the upgrade of Windows 8.

  • Problem with the sync audio to video when you use Windows Movie Maker version 6.0

I have a HP Slimline Pavillion S.3220.uk PC, using Windows Vista Edition Home Premium. I have problems with the audio video synchronization when using Windows Movie Maker, version 6.0, I 'get' raw AVCHD files to .wmv using voltaic HD.  I've noticed that the audio and video are out of sync, ONLY after the first thumbnail.  No indirect problem with videos, but when people talk to the camera, in case of DISASTER, as he is out of sync. I tried to reduce the resolution of 720 p and 540 p, and no solution to the problem. Any thoughts on the matter please?

    Hi Fabian119,

Today, there are hundreds of audio and video codecs in use. Some were created by Microsoft, but the vast majority of codecs have been created by other companies, organizations or individuals. By default, the Windows operating system and the player includes a number of the most popular codecs, such as MP3, Windows Media Audio and Windows Media Video.

There might be times, however, when you want to read the content that is compressed with a codec that does not include Windows or the default player (for example, a file compressed with the DivX video codec or the Ogg Vorbis audio codec). Because the player is extensible, in many cases you can download the necessary codec on the web for free or for a fee.

You can visit the following links for more information on codecs:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/codecs-frequently-asked-questions

You can also view the following link to download the audio file conversion programs and check if you can convert AVCHD to Mpeg.

Convert music, videos and photos from one format to another

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/convert-music-videos-and-pictures-from-one-format-to-another

    Hope this information is useful.

  • Torrent video plays fine in Windows Media Player, but only audio in Windows Movie Maker?

I downloaded a video torrent on my Windows Vista laptop. When I went to play in Windows Media Player, it works fine. However, when I try to play it on Windows Movie Maker, I can place only the file in the audio section / music, even if it is listed as a .avi file, when I import the file and drag it on the timeline. There is no red X or any sign of a problem with the actual file. When I go to preview, I get only a black screen, as expected when playing audio files. I checked super files supported for Windows Movie Maker, and .avi is supposed to be a supported video format.

I've downloaded xvid on my computer and it is before I even started with torrents. I know that this translates to the game in Windows Media Player.

I tried to download the same different torrents and I get the same problem each time a different torrent site, so I know that's not the real torrent.

I went to tools > Options and unchecked the box I had, which was the AVI decompressor, and the problem persists.

I don't want to convert the video file, unless it is absolutely necessary. If I need to download something, I will do, as long as you point me in the right direction.

I ask this question because I see only problems with the .avi Windows Media Player files, and I want to edit the file to make a music video.

    Any help is appreciated!

It turns out that the only way to solve my problem was to download Windows Movie Maker 2.6. Now, I can actually edit with ease and use the original .avi file without problem. I still don't know why I had so much trouble with the version that came with my laptop, but now it's the only solution that has actually produced results.

When I try to install the update, I get the message that it cannot do so because it is impossible to run Windows applications on a Mac. An update is planned for Macs? You have malicious software! (Yes, Macs can get malware).

Please remove this extension and see if that helps: MediaPlayer 3.3.2

You can do this on the page modules. Either:

    • CMD + SHIFT + a

In the left column, click Extensions. Then find this suspicious extension on the right side and remove (or, in case of doubt, disable).

  • Audio and video drivers for my Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, build 2600) P5Q SE

I tried Google, but found nothing. I only use this computer for more than a year. 6 months ago, I tried to turn it on, but there was something wrong with the video and audio, so I had to fix. I use it again after that until now, and I noticed that when I scroll or move windows, he is lagging badly, otherwise the computer works fine. The audio works too, but a few youtube videos don't sound for some reason any (they did when I played against them on my other device). I then checked the drivers, and apparently some are not installed properly (they are matked as of the yellow question marks). I tried to make it to their search, but nothing happens. Moreover, I use this machine to record and mix music, and I use audio interface Tascam US-1641 (not sure if this has something to do with it).

  • N100 video Card driver for Windows 7

    Hi all

I recently installed windows 7 on my computer laptop lenovo 3000 N100. but

I can't find the driver for the video card to install it. For now, the display is not very good and I have to install the driver for the video card.

I tried a lot of drivers for windows vista but did not work.

    Any help?

    Thanks in advance

    Mina

Sorry, I missed the fact that you are using Win 7.
Lenovo does not provide a driver Win 7 for N100.

    It's Intel or Nvidia?
If Intel, try an Intel driver supports.
For Nvidia, a driver from Nvidia may or may not work.

But a Vista driver may work properly if you run the Setup program
program administrator and Vista compatibility mode.

Right-click the configuration and choose Properties. Compatibility.

That's what I would try. Uninstall the driver first.
