  Hi, recently I bought HP 15-r051eu and Windows 8.   It is an Intel(r) 82802 Firmware Hub Device. I was able to update the driver with MEI Driver Intel [Management engine Interface]. Try going to your product at HP's support page and see if there is a driver for Win 7 or 8.1 and try an update of the driver manual uncompressing the SP. with 7zip for a folder and point Device Manger driver update when you unzip the sp.

  For example, for my Pavilion dv6 3230tx HP have an Intel MEI drive update sp52353.exe, v6.0.0.1179 from here:

  I'm not saying this is the driver for your model, but just to give you an idea. I received this link from my laptop model product page.

  Download the beta 15.07 top right screan to get the most complete functionality.  Install it, then after downloading the HP support MS file, right-click on the file and click on 7zip > extract here. It will create a folder with a name of randome, where are the pilots.

  Of course you could just double-click on the MS file to install it, but he might not want to install where as manual driver updated just to update this old driver should work.

  I'm having trouble installing the drivers for my system. I got 3 unknown devices in Device Manager. their identity papers are

  I doubt that you have installed viruses.

  Unfortunately, I do not know where the driver that you downloaded went after it unpacked.

  I just know where to go the HP drivers.

  So, I just save the file in offline mode and run it again if you need to reinstall W8.1.
