  I've recently updated my hp 550 Windows vista home basic to windows 7 32 bit, but I can't find any

  drivers for windows 7. If someone could help find me all the drivers needed to win 7 that would be great.

  I'm not the best expert on all this, but I don't think that Flash drives were even invented where 98 was around.

  The 98 machine would not have the drivers for a Flash drive.

  You can visit the web site of the manufacturer of the USB and see if there are 98 compatible drivers there.

  If you use the background with a shortcut property it still works OK:

  Background: URL(image-2x.jpg) 0 0 / 200px 200px no-repeat;

• Convert the Clone related standalone VM

  I have 3 virtual machines that are linked Clones: computer3 linked Clone of the Machine 2, which is a clone of Computer1

  Each of these virtual machines now have a number of shots of subsiqent (one on each Machine 1 & 2 which is the point of clone)

  Hello, firstly I want to say sorry of HP if I broke the rules because I'm new here.

  My problem is, I just got a new HP 550 building - 155l with 4 GB of RAM. Then, my friend gave me a stick of Kingston fury X DDR3 1600 Mhz, which is 8 GB for me. I tried to installed the RAM. Then, when I open the information system, its says that I have still 4 GB of ram (3.90 usable). I was very confused, so I went to come and download CPU - Z to see if the RAM stick works. And it is! it is my 8 GB key! And the tab says memory I have total of 12 GB of RAM but why Windows says only 4 GB (3.90 usable)? Is there something wrong? Help, please! You guys can see photos of preferences.

  Windows sees only 4 GB because you have mixed densities (4GB + 8 GB) module and the modules of memory other manufacturer.

  If you want to use more than 4 GB successfully, then buy a memory compatible pair of bars secured and install them.

  Make sure that you remove the other two modules before the upgrade.

  See the following URL for guaranteed compatible memory module address. I have used Crucial for example. There are other manufacturers that ensure their modules are compatible.

  Q: I put my time of bifurcation of display Windows 10 to 15 minutes, but no matter what I do, my HP w1907s monitor turns off its display in the minute. I downloaded and installed the latest drivers for the monitor and tried to change the settings of the monitor on board, but can't find a way to get my 15 minutes desired parameter "off the display.

  In the search box of Windows 10, type food and sleep , and select Power & sleep settings from the displayed list.

  Click additional power settings , and then click choose when turning off the display , and then click change advanced power settings and the new window click on default values for the restoration of the plan.

  I was wondering why my new desktop Windows 10 has a large windows.old folder? This means it is really an operating system upgrade (from windows 7 or 8.1) rather than of what I assumed was a new generation of Windows 10 own?

  It's quite possible HP installed the last version of the original W10 November that came out in July.

  That would leave a Windows 10 windows.old folder.

  I have a Windows.old folder on all of my PCs running W10 when it first came out and I installed the version update in November.

  I would just delete the Windows.old folder.

  Remove you it by using the disk cleanup utility, and then after what happens to the disk cleanup window, click the files button cleaning system, it will start and then the window will appear again and you can check all the files you want to delete including the windows.old folder.

  Make sure that the swsetup carried over to the new installation folder before proceeding.

  That the folder contains the original drivers and files for installing software that came with your PC.

• HP Pavilion 550-127C: HP is KU-0316 keyboard compatible with Windows 10?

  Just bought a new HP Pavilion 550-127C desktop computer, but I hate the keyboard that comes with it.

  My old Gateway keyboard will not work with it.  I love KU-0316 keyboard of HP but can't find it in the store and do not want to order unless I know it will work.

  When you say 'old keyboard gateway", which was not working because it was wired as a PS2 and not USB?

  There are adapters available PS2 USB if you were really want work-specific keyboard.

  The KU-0316 is just a basic USB keyboard and should work just fine as would any other USB keyboard.

  There is no special driver related to keyboards USB and Windows 10, unless the specific keyboard had special hot keys that depend on the software prior to use.

  You try to send a file larger than 20 MB.  Try to reduce the size of the attachment of zipping it or go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and select the option to break messages apart large.  However, many recipients servers will not accept messages exceeds 10 megabytes, then you could try to send via another method.  BTW, if you attach a file, it must be encoded to be sent by e-mail, and this coding adds about 30-50% the size.
