  A certificate has two [optional] extensions that direct how this certificate: use of the key and Extended Key use. Prior to version 11.0.9 Acrobat didn't treat these extensions correctly according to RFC 5280. Since version 11.0.9 Acrobat strictly follows the RFC 5280 restrictions on the use of certificates. MS Word does not have these restrictions.

  First suggestion would be to run the "repair" function and see if that corrects the problem.  If not, it will probably take a reinstall (uninstall Office, reboot the PC and then do the reinstall, just uninstall and reinstall you can wind up with the same problem).

  You should be able to print with just the black cartridge installed.

  Here a link to the manual. On page 30 in details how to use mode single-cartridge to operate your printer using only a single print cartridge.

  I just bought a hp printer c4640 all-in-one, and now when I print a color photo of the windows photo gallery, it prints in black and white.   This happens usually if the print options or preferences are changed for your printer. To select print options, you must open the image you want to print.   Im sure must be simple enough, but I could not understand. I have a color image I want to gradually appear first as black and white and then more return its original colours that make the transition to produce a nice flashy effect we hope

  Only one way to do it: If you apply the effect (TLS) color Balance, you would be able to the saturation property keyframe/expression.

  We would need to see an error or a Setup log message before we can give you some useful suggestions.  Setup logs is normally displayed somewhere as C:\Users\username\appdata\local\temp with a name of the hp type... install... Newspaper.  If you can find one of those that we then validate and share so we can review and tell you what is happening.

  Otherwise, you have to do your best to clean your computer and start again.  I assume you mean that you upgraded the operating system of the PC which worked previously, not put in place a 2nd accidentally broken computer connect to the 1st old PC.  If this is the case then it is more than probably a file conflict somewhere on the hard drive that needs to be cleaned before installing the new drivers.  I would suggest wiping the machine everything related to the HP printer, starting by the devices and Printers window, the properties of print server and driver tabs and the C:\Program Files directory.  Once all old Referances are removed you should have a good shot at a successful installation when you use the latest software Win8.1 of http://support.hp.com.
