HP DeskJet F380: HP Deskjet F380 print pages in the wrong order

By printing on both sides manually, I often use odd/even pages options to print more quickly than the management of every page on its own. However, with this Deskjet, my pages and pages of documents THAT ALWAYS get messed up would be in the sequence of sequences in a weird order break; lose my ink and my papers!

How can I fix it? This has happened far too many times

I understand you have some problem with the pages print is not in order when you use the manual duplex function. I will definitely do my best to help you.

What program are you printing from?

Try to print a document duplex from another application.

If you are using MS Word, I suggest you repairinging software, How to troubleshoot print failures in Word.

To check the printer driver, please download and run the print and Scan doctor, it will be probably diagnose and fix the problem you are experiencing.

What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (she print or scan, error messages)

    I'm transition to Win 8.1 Vista.  I have a Canon MX870 printer with the problems of the order of the pages.  With my printer settings exactly the same as on my Vista, Win 8.1 machine print a multipage document insists on treatment of printing a document to the rear.

    I didn't understand at first what suggested you because I had done all this (I THOUGHT!) but the design truly Byzantine Word 2013 defeated all the logic I had previously applied.

    The very way which is less intuitive word 2013 works is that it separates the printer between windows Canon printer commands and window, under Options, advanced with the printer controls the latter taking precedence.  So no matter what I tried in the print window of Canon, Word 2013 would not allow it to take effect.

    WHY IN GOD'S CREATION WOULD WORD 2013 DESIGNED THIS WAY?

    In any case, after three visits to the Options Word 2013--> window advanced (at the bottom of this window, so it is not visible at first sight), I realized that I need to uncheck command-last-page to print the word 2013.  Print-last-page Canon is taken into account that accepted.

    Damn!  Why did do so absurd?

  • Problem with my HP PSC 1610 all in one printer of the series which is printing pages in the right order.

    Basically I have the HP PSC 1610 all in one printer. I know not what has happened, but in some way, when I go to print a document of site Web etc, use the printer to print the last page first and keep printing until the 1st real page printed would be changed, which would print on top printed pages.

    My problem is now, it's actually print the path opposite, now it prints the 1st page of first and last last page, which means when I pick up all the printed pages, I then have to sort the page numbers in the correct order.

    Now, I use my printer waste dumps, I print a lot of game documents such as guides etc.. Now if I was just printing pages 1-5, I'd be fine with it, but at this current moment, I was printing guides with more than 50 pages, which really saddens me to have to keep sorting out pages of paper for good order.

    I must say that it does print no pages in a random order, which means like printing, for example, 10 pages, it does not print the page number 6, 2, 5, 8, 3, 10, 1. It is actually printing the pages in the following way, page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. (When it's over, page 10 is one who is on top of the stack), but I really need to put it so that it will print the pages in the following order, p. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. (So at the end of printing, the pages of issue 1 is actually on top of the battery), which will allow me to simply staple the pages without the need of haviing re - sort the order of the pages in the correct format.

    I have all my print programs installed as Director of HP and others, so I can change main settings of printers, but I looked through all the preferences main page tabs and I don't find the option to change the printing order of pages.

    I really need help to set my printer settings to print order in the way I need to, but I don't know where the actual parameters are to change this option, and I tried to do an actual search on Google, but I use too many words, search results do not end up giving me instructions that I need He is always giving me other things, more like excavations at random on everything related to my printer and I can't be bothered, working all day to get the good looking, lol. Can someone give me please the instructions I need to set the print order, I need it to be.

    but fisgured this is a setting of the printer.

    so if you have the HP SOLUTIONS CENTER's new installed.

    down the down theres a SETTINGS tab click on it.

    go to the PRINTER SETTINGS, once you have clicked on a new dialog box appears.

    the first tab (by following my printer settings ive got a HP PSC 1311) must be ADVANCED

    Click on that, the last option should be OPTIONS AVAILABLE and bloody, WHICH PAGE ORDER WE WERE looking for THAT PERSON DO CAN TELL US ABOUT.

    In the Photos app, I need to print multiple photos on one page.  It won't let me print them in the order I'd like, but seems to align them in chronological order.  The photos appear in chronological order on the page where I have chosen size, etc, but when the real print preview page comes, they are in reverse order.

    First of all, how to make them print in reverse as they originally appear (not?)  Second, is there a way to force the program to print the photos in the order I want them, not in chronological order?

    What presentation do you use?  Try the following:

    1 assemble the images in an album and organize manually in the order you want.

    2 - type command-A to select all the images in the album.

    2 - type Command + P to access the print window.

    3 - Select the Contact card or custom page layout.

    In two of these page layouts, images are in order I put in the album.

    4. for the custom sheet, you will need to choose a size that will get all the images on a single sheet.

    If you have not updated to 10.11.3 with Photos 1.3 I suggest you do so.  There are a number of bug fixes in both as well as new features that make the update is worth it.

  • 3505 Deskjet series printer 3610. The system is Windows XP with all SPs

    By selecting "Print Page of Test" on the tab "General" of the field "Customize your printer" print the colours of the logo Microsoft OK; but all black text causes missing lines or sloppy.  Same result with a MAC running snow leopard OS.  All levels of print colors are quite adequate.  Any suggestions?

    Jason, thank you for your help and your time.  The problem is resolved.  The prompt for more information brought me back on the many steps and methods.  Main problem proved to be a misalignment of the cartridges.  Corrected by a number of iterations of the alignment process.  Return the printer to its owner in several weeks and hope it works satisfactorily with her pimp.  He is 89 and blind if, of course, he relies on his wife who is not too computer savvy.

    When you print multiple copies of the same document, printing output is always Page 1 one on the other, the whole, Page 2 stacked ETC.     Your printer can sort multiple copy tasks. For example, if you print two copies of a three-page document and you choose not to collect them, the pages printed in the following order: 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3.

    Make sure that you check the mark before printing.

    Recently, I ran into a strange problem with some PDFs (Systems Engineering Journal documents).  When displayed in the presentation of two places that the first page is displayed on the right hand and the second page on the left, like this:

    6 5

    If you see two places (ongoing) with cover page that the first (cover) page is displayed on the left hand, but after that it is the same model as above. When shown as unique pages, the pages are in the correct order.

    System: Same behaviour 9.4.4 Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Reader X (v.10.1.1). The company Win 7 SP1.

    I realize that this could be due to an error in the files themselves, since they are the source, but is there a way to get around this?

    I've tried EVERYTHING. I pressed simultaneously the Wireless button and the button to launch the copy in black. The wirelss test report shows that my printer is currently always logged the previous SSID

    I understand that your HP Deskjet 2540 guard wrong wireless network connection. I'm happy to look into this problem of connectivity for you!

    On the wireless test report, must be an IP address from the printer. Try putting the IP address in a web browser, such as: Safari or Firefox, etc. You should see a built-in Web server. Find the network tab and then select it. Then, look for the wireless configuration wizard option. (This should be able to search for the network wireless appropriate for you).

    See page 55 of the User Guidefor more details your printer.

  • HP Deskjet 690C: HP Deskjet 690C printing with only the black cartridge?

    I have an old deskjet 690C I have a while to use it. So since I need to print only the text is it possible to install only the black cartridge and print as ink backup? Also are there drivers for windows 7 64 bit? And finally this printer works with a parallel to usb on a modern PC adapter?

    According to me, the Deskjet 690C requires both cartridges to be present for printing, although you might have a cartridge empty color installed.  The 'ink backup mode' feature was added later at the 690c Deskjet printer.

    There is a Windows 7 x 64 driver through Windows Update, see the image below.

    Regarding the USB-parallel converters, these can be problematic.  The models in the posts here have been verified to work on Windows 7 x 64 by users in the forum.

    Well, I'm another person with a POS deskjet 3520 which ceased print just black ink because I had the audacity to change a new cartridge. I've read at least 4 other threads full of posters with this problem extending over 1 1/2 years. I tried all the 'solutions' that HP experts say to try and not one worked. The printer is 1 month out of warranty now. I tried cleaning the contacts and updated the firmware and bought a second cartridge new, just in case the first was defective. HP really has need of man up and admit they have a problem with this model and fix.

  • deskjet1512: 1512 deskjet cartridges seem to be the wrong type and can not install them

    I watched the video & the instructions step by step but my cartridges are different from those shown.  The diagram shows the contacts on the longer side up while the contacts of my cartridges that came with it & the numbers correspond) have contacts on the side short & above.  How can I know if it is good or not?  They will correspond to only with the side short in (with contacts), but will not lock in place.
