    Hello Chathuka

I have same laptop and I want to install windows xp 64 bit.if you still driver hdd scri could you please send to me.

    Thank you

The F6 SATA ahci driver for XP 64-bit can be found here.

I ran XP 64 bit on several machines at the time where first of all, he is out and do not recommend. There was little support from driver back then and it may be worse now. It was fast, but unstable, a work in progress.

  • Problem with the change of location of the folder on the desktop (Windows 7)

Hi all, I have windows 7 Home Premium and changed my location on the desktop of \desktop c:\users\ (user) on my drive d: since my c: drive was getting full (for that I click with the right button on the back of my office and I changed my location).  However, the system has simply dumped all my files and Office files in the root directory d:\, without creating a new folder on the desktop, which is what I thought was going to happen.

To resolve this problem, I want to transfer all my files + folders office to a dedicated folder d:\desktop but found I can't since now there is now no desktop as folder! (catch-22).  I entered the \links c:\users\ (user) file and changed the objective of the Office in d:\desktop instead of d:\, but it has no effect! My office target is always the root directory. How can I change this?  I hope you can help!  David

Go to libraries, do a right click on desktop, cut, and then paste it on the other drive. The wonders of windows 7 will automatically record anything he puts on the desktop for now :)

  • Pavilion dv6 problem with webcam and microphone

    Hello
I have a HP Pavilion dv6-6156ea, which is a little more than a month.  It runs Windows 7 Home Premium.
Today, tried to use the webcam and microphone for the first time, a Skype call, but none of them does not seem to work.
The webcam is not displayed in Device Manager, but the microphone is.
When I opened Cyberlink Youcam, it does not recognize that there is an internal webcam.
What should I do to activate the microphone and the cam?

I followed the link below and follow the instructions.  But the webcam is not displayed in Device Manager.

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c02452221

Because is not find the device, I don't know how to update the drivers.

I don't know how to solve the problem with the microphone.  I don't know if these things are likely to be associated.

    Any help appreciated

    Thank you

Feel a little silly answering myself, but no one responded and I thought it is best to share what I found out.

The webcam was defective, straight out of the box.

And the microphone is connected to these features, but uses a different driver - if your microphone works, it could be a sign that your problem is with the driver for the cam.

I bought the PC world a month ago, so there was although it is very busy.  It was the second faulty webcam in HP they had returned today - most early was a dv7.  There was no problem with replace - they took a glance, considered to be the installation of the drivers on a disc, but when it was not displayed in Device Manager and the microphone works not more, they knew right away.

It really shows control of very poor quality of Hewlett-Packard.  It's a shame that in the first weeks, I was really happy with this model, but realistically, now I know that this is what looks like their QC, when my company needs its next piece I'll go with anything other than HP.

  • Dv6 6130sl: problem with controller

Hi, I have a problem with my dv6 6130sl, especially with the controller network, controller of communications Simple PCI system management bus controller, ethernet controller and PCI devices.

Can you help me solve this problem?

    Thank you

    You are the very welcome.

You need this driver for the broadcom wireless card.

This package contains drivers for the Broadcom Wireless LAN Server supported in models cards mobile supported and operating systems.

    File name: sp57965.exe

The Intel driver interface I posted (for comms controller simple pci) must have worked.

Try to install manually the driver for the device in pci controller simple comms by navigating to the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

The file will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp55100.  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected.

When I listen to music, suddenly its increases and decreases, it is not give his maximum. It is a very big problem for me. How can I solve this problem? I hope for your help. I think it is a bug with the software audio beats.

Reinstall the driver Audio IDT high definition (HD). This can be done from the Recovery Manager in Windows.

You can also install this driver for Windows 7 64-bit

An update may have caused the problem. Take a look in programs and features and updates select view installed to see if the audio driver has been updated.

  • HP pavilion dv6-2150us: problems with the upgrade of processor for an i7-720qm on a hp pavilion dv6-2150us

    Hi all

My friend recently bought an i7-720qm processor used to upgrade hp pavilion dv6 2 1 5 0 US and I

summer giving a helping hand by making the upgrade.

Since the 10 Windows running Google Chrome used up to 70% of the processing of an i3 - 330 m power

processor, it seemed to be good upgrade to improve the performance of the laptop.

We checked that the new i7 processor is compatible with the laptop (it is listed as supported by the)

( interview guide , page 108), and the seller assured us he tested the CPU on some different

HP pavilion and it worked fine.

But when I replaced the processor with the i7 processor i3 and tried to boot up the laptop, only the LED lights

on the front and the setting of the power and volume buttons would light up periodically. The screen was black

    All the time.

Thinking I might have made a mistake during the reassembly of the laptop I put the original i3 processor back in

    and it starts fine.

I updated the BIOS of the F.1C version I found on the internet and once replaced the i3 with the i7 with the

same results - display off, flashes periodically LEDs. The BIOS updated smoothly, and the correct version is displayed in the main menu of the BIOS.

I am confused on what could be the problem with the upgrade, everything should work. Is there a BIOS update I have

    missed, or the problem elsewhere?

Disassembly and reassembly are made with care, and we took care to avoid static electricity. All the rest

on the laptop works well - I am writing this post on the laptop in question with the original i3 processor in place.

Any help, advice or general guidelines as to what should be done would be really appreciated.

    Thank you for your attention.

  • ENVY dv6-7320el: problems with touchpad

    Hello

I'm new here, so I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but here goes:

I had problems with my touchpad, precisely with the two-finger-roll. It would sometimes stop working, but then set a few minutes. Today that work completely collapsed. I have read suggestions on how to solve this problem, I tried the HARD RESET, it did not help, I tried to juggle synaptics in Panel, which did not help either. Now, I have managed to completely remove the synaptics and cannot install it back.

  • HP DV6-6145dx (problems with drivers wireless)

    Hello

I recently installed a new hard drive as the factory, we were going kaput!  I have a HP DV6-6145dx.  Everything went well with the installation.  Even if I think I have a problem.  I ordered a copy of Windows 7 (32 bit).  And installed it.  Initially, the system came with the version (64-bit).  Everything, including display drivers and other work.  However, many can't find their drivers, IE: connector, PCI, USB, USB, network controller, ethernet controller, SM Bus controller.

So I went on HP website to see specifications and find out what is the wireless card... It is said a gigabit 10/100/1000, which is right general (I'm not sure), so I'm integrated.  And unfortunately, I can't download all the drivers for this model, as they deal only in (64-bit) on the HP website.  Is all their help to get the internet working on the computer without having to install a (Windows 64 bit)?  And if not, nobody thinks that Amazon will bring back my copy of day of the (32-bit)?

    Thank you

    Fig of PA

    Hello:

PC manufacturers are moving away of the 32-bit just like operating systems they once away from 16-bit operating systems.

When this happens, the 32-bit drivers search becomes more of a challenge if it isn't an impossibility.

You must first install the driver from AMD chipset which is not taken in charge of your PC and driver page.

Who will install the SMBus Controller and the USB3 controllers.

Download and install the first file listed.

For the wireless card, I need to display the ID of the hardware for him because it may be one of several cards of different model installed.

If you don't know where to find the hardware ID, please read the info on the link below.

    http://www.DeviceDriverFinder.com/blog/device-drivers/how-to-check-the-hardware-ID-for-a-Windows-device

Once you provide this info, I'll give you the link of the wireless driver you need.

I don't know if you are also aware or not, but your laptop comes with 8 GB of memory.

Because you have installed a 32-bit operating system, you just lost the use of 4 GB, which is another reason, PC makers have moved to 64-bit operating systems.

They can deal with much more memory that can a 32-bit operating system.

If you want to rethink your decision, you can download the 64 bit version of W7 Ultimate at the link below and use the software product key Ultimate 32 bit, you purchased to activate it.  The product key will work on a 32-bit or 64-bit version.

    http://www.mydigitallife.info/official-Windows-7-SP1-ISO-from-Digital-River/

Then use this tool to put the ISO file downloaded on a flash drive or a DVD.
