  I bought a 15.6 LED display, 4th generation i7-4710HQ processor Quad Core, 8 GB memory, 1 TB of HARD drive Windows 8 (no touch) in September 2014, from a third on Amazon seller. I upgraded Windows 8 to 8.1 to the end of November, and everything was great. I was really happy with my laptop, life was wonderful.

  Until this last Tuesday, August 11, when my computer prompted me to upgrade Windows 8.1 (64-bit version) to Windows 10. Then everything went to hell. When Windows 10 finished installing, and I wanted to check the new stuff that comes with it, I realized that I had no access to the start menu, I couldn't open the files or folders unless they are found on the desktop (where, fortunately, I had direct access to a folder of files that I needed to work). But oh, it does not stop there.
