  Here is the answer.  Log in to Windows mail.  Click on tools.  Access accounts.  Click on your username.  Go to properties.   Click on the box under servers, click the box my server requires a secure outgoing connection. This must be a POP3 connection.  Under incoming mail must say: mail.comcast.net.  Under outgoing mail it should say: smtp.comcast.net go to the Advanced tab, your outgoing mail must be 587 & your incoming mail must be 110.  None of the boxes requiring sure connectrion must be verified on the Advanced tab.  On the general tab, you must enter your mind to email Comcast.  On the Server tab, incoming mail, you must enter your username & password.  Also, not everyone at Comcast knows what is happening.  I had to tell me that my email problem was caused by a virus, when in fact, it is because their system was down.  They had me go to Microsoft.com download a virus removal toll which has led in turn to make me lose my all the Windows operating system.

  Browsing through the posts, I found something that worked.  It was suggested to disable the use of IPv6 in network properties and use the ip address of the NAS instead of the server name.  I opened windows Explorer and typed in the address like this: \\192.168.1.11\ and the server was available immediately...   I have a problem with my psc in 1110. Installed on my windows 7 64 bit laptop I can't print using grayscale. If I try to print certain types of documents they appear not printed correctly with the missing lines as if I try to print the colours of setting and lack them. Same problem does not exist if I use the printer for a normal copy using scanner without PC or if I use my printer with an old pc with windows XP. It's a driver issue!
