  Sorry, this model was not tested by HP and is not recommended for the upgrade of Windows 8.  HP print drivers to Windows 8 support for this model.

  How can I activate Freesync in this HP Envy 32 Media Display. I spent displayport 1.2 and enabled and disabled overDrive video on and outside. Is there another setting I have to turn on or off. I chatted with HP support, but they want me to pay for their just Smartfriend technician be able to determine how to enable a feature that is not even mentioned in the manual.  Any help would be apprciated, I know that it is a relatively new product, so there is not much information available online.

  I thought about it, you respond to my comment, so people in the future will know how to activate it.

  Right on the screen there are 3 buttons, press twice on the button '+' in the middle and select Gaming, save your settings and you should get a notification to activate freesync.

  Hello, I have a HP Envy 4500 all in one printer that is only a year and have had many problems with.  Recently, when I turn it on, it displays an error code; 0XB3F4F4F8. I have not found what means this error code. ? I tried to unplug and then turn on to get the Welcome screen, then it said error code and does NOT stop automatically. I have to unplug it to stop it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  I am looking to buy the newly launched HP Envy j106tx. It comes with wireless Intel 3165 AC module, but I would have preferred a with double radio as Intel 7265 rather. The chipset for laptop is Intel HM170. I would like to know if there will be problems of compatibility with such upgrade.

  For some reason, HP does not allow for customization at time of order in India, but after purchase, will be able to upgrade for me, at cost, to one of their service centers?

  I was delighted when I bought my new HP envy 5530. Prints well and I like the feature where I can emial directly on the printer.

  The big disappointment is the following... I have an Acer Chromebook. Use Chrome Web Store rather than the game store, so I can't download HP eprint. I can't install the software b/c I don't have a cd player.

  Welcome to the HP Support forums.   I understand that you have a Chromebook and your printer Envy 5530 and want to get the program installation and operation.

  The first step is to connect the printer to your wireless network.  This can be easily completed from the front panel of the printer.  If you do not know how do steps are in your User Guide page 55 in the section titled "to connect the product with the wireless configuration wizard.

  Now that the printer is connected to your wireless network, we need to enable the web printer services.  This too can be completed the façade.  Please refer to the code of request for printer if you need assistance. Please set up your account connected HP or HP ePrintCenter.  Using the printer application code, you can now Set Up a Custom E-mail address for ePrint.

  Now that we have customized the ePrint printer e-mail address we can implement Google Cloud Print.  I have included the Google Cloud Print help with your HP printer to guide you through the process.  You should now print with Google Cloud Print.  For any additional consultation, I have included print a Page from Google of document.

  where do you live (country)? You can get a "screw kit" for on any computer laptop on eBay or amazon if delivered to where you live

  It's the HP Ref. for the kit of screws:

  The service manual indicates the size and type of each screw to chassis:
